TOPIC 1: HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

My: Not bad. Nowadays, the number of people infected with COVID is increasing day by
day. The government advises people to stay at home. I also think staying at home, we also
need to have a healthy lifestyle to build resistance and improve health to protect ourselves. Do
you have something in common with me?
Mẫn: I agree with you too. I've also found some healthy ways of living. Get up early in the
morning to exercise or play sports. Sleeping about 7 hours a day, we should sleep from 10:00
p.m., should not stay up too late because it is not good for health and wake up at 5 a.m.
Limiting too much sleep will make the body tired the next day, drinking enough water every
day will make us more mentally comfortable.
My: I think your opinion is great. When we wake up from a scientific sleep, we have a good
day. However, I have a modest recommendation for you: practice the habit of eating a lot of
fruit, avoiding sugary drinks and fast food. Chewing thoroughly when eating will help to
digest better. It will reduce uncontrolled weight gain, diabetes and blood pressure. In terms of
sports, in addition to exercising alone, you can invite the whole family to play sports like bad
luck to promote health. Badmiton is not as complicated as football; All you need is two
players, a small enough space, two rackters and a ball. You can play in the front yard or near
home without having to go far. What tips do you have for your meals to become scientific?
Mẫn: Of cous. According to scientists, breakfast is the main and most important meal of the
day, so eat it fully in the morning. You can use lightly such as bread, pho. Lunch should add
fish and vegetables. Dinner should only be well-fed and on time. In addition, after a meal you
should drink a smoothie every day, it is very healthy.
My: Thank you for your advice; it is extremely valuable to me. Hopefully, we can meet up
face to face soon
Mẫn: Hope to se you soon too.
TOPIC 2: FAVOURITE SPORTS

My: I’m so good. I think it's time we have to change our sedentary lifestyle. Do you think
about playing some sports to improve your health?

Mẫn: Yes of course. I’m going to do something, but I don’t know what exactly it is. Do you
have any ideas?

My: Well, I think we should talk about our favorite sport. What is your favorite sport?
Mẫn: My favorite sport is badminton. I like that badminton because it's easier to play
compared to other sports. It's not as complicated as football; It only needs two players; a small
campus, and some equipment such as a pair of rackets, a badminton ball and a net. Badminton
gives me a comfortable feeling after hard days of studying. It is my companion since
childhood, I can invite my relatives to play with me very easily.

My: Sounds great. I like to run. But it's really simple and boring if I just run, I will decide to
join a football club with my friends. From that moment, football has become my favorite
sport. As you know, football is a popular sport in our country, so I can easily share my
interests with many people and from there start a conversation and match with you etc. To
play this subject, it is necessary to have two teams, each team of 11 players will put the ball
into the goal, the team that puts the ball into the opponent's wall more will win.

Mẫn: Wow, that sound great. I’ve got some work to do. I’ll see you later.

My: Bye. Have a good day.

TOPIC 3: YOUR INTERESTS/HOBBIES

My: I’m so good. Do you have any hobbies, Mẫn?
Mẫn: My hobby is reading novels, novels are quite popular among school-age people and
people who are always looking for romance. I remember starting this hobby when I was in
10th grade, and I was impressed with Harry Potter. The story is about a boy of witches who
goes on a journey to destroy the dark forces. The story gives me a rich imagination and a lot
of great ideas. From there I began to love this hobby. What is one of your hobbies?
My: Your hobby sounds great. I like watching cartoons because it's associated with my
childhood. Doremon is my favorite animation, about a robot from the future, going back to
the past to help the clumsy boy Nobita. The film has a lot of episodes with tears and laughter
and draws many meaningful things to life. And I love this hobby.
Mẫn: It looks like we have similar internet- related hobbies. In my opinion, when I read some
books, I often install myself in character, feeling what they pass by my imagimation. That
makes me feel so excited. That’s why I started having that hobby. How about you?
My: I like watching cartoon because from cartoon I can learn many lessons and look at life’s
problems from man different perspectives. I think you should also try to watch some movies,
maybe you will find watching movies an interesting hobby?

exhausted from the traffic jams, do you?
Mẫn: No, I don’t. I ride a bike, so even if I get stuck in traffic, it’s okay.
My: Well, that's lucky. I'm sick of having to wait a long time in heavy traffic. Nowadays,
besides the cost of fuel, the amount of carbon dioxide in the air is increasing day by day. I
want to ride a bike but my work is quite far away, and I woke up early to avoid traffic but
still. I used to intend to move closer to work but could not afford it.
Mẫn: I agree with you. I find riding a motorbike quite convenient, the weight is not too heavy
and the cost of buying a car is also much cheaper than a car. You can use it to go to work,
travel will save a lot of money. In addition, you can use electric vehicles, saving costs and
being safe for the environment.
My: After talking with you, I believe a strong electric car is the best choice. I will use it for a
walk in the afternoons. By the way, I'm also curious to know what means of transport you use
during your long trip?
Mẫn: Oh, for me, I'd prefer a car if I'm going on a long trip. Because when traveling, you will
have to carry a lot of items and only a car can hold it all. How about you, My?
My: I always ride a motorbike when I go to the location near Da Lat, Da Nang, Ninh Hoa
because it is convenient to travel and see the beautiful scenery. However, during a long trip,
my priority is always flights.
Mẫn: That sounds great. I’ve got some work to do. I’ll see you later.
My: Bye. Have a good day.

short trip in Da Lat without my parents when I was 16 years old.

me more about that journey?/ Could you tell me more about that your story ?

take care of myself throughout the journey. I rented a hostel with a group of friends, rented a
car to eat a lot of delicious food in this city. Go to places such as Bao Dai palace, Da lat
square, Dalat night market, to take pictures of virtual life. It's fun. Do you have the most
memorable journey you want to share with me?/ Do you have a story you want to share
with me?

journey to Hue also with my parent. It can be said that the first trip to Hue brought me many
interesting feelings about Hue and it was the most memorable journey I have ever had.

to visit a lot of places. Early in the morning my family went by train to Hue and it took about
11 hours. We rented hotels and hired locals as guides. They led my family to visit many
places such as Thien Mu Pagoda, Khai Dinh Tomb, Perfume River Bridge. This trip gives me
a romantic feeling

chemicals, causing air pollution. Increase the chance of disease and affect reproduction and
many other harmful effects.

for human health

My: Good idea, Man. What to do when joining the volunteer team?
Mẫn: Oh. Wait for minute. What do you think about today's environmental pollution
problem?
My: In my opinion, environmental pollution is always a hot topic. The cause of
environmental pollution is garbage, using a lot of plastic bags, so that it can be decomposed to
take years or even thousands of years. So we protect the environment from small to large.
Mẫn: How do you do that?
My: We cut emissions from vehicles, use bicycles, walk instead of cars or motorbikes. Try to
avoid using plastic. Go on multiple tree planting trips to plant as many trees as you can.
Sage
Mẫn: Oh, I have the same thoughts as you. And that's also why I joined this volunteer team.
And I also propagated about limiting the use of plastic bags and instead people should use
paper bags or reusable bags available in the house. Renovate and plant trees in school grounds
and neighborhoods. When participating in this activity, I am sure you will find that it will help
you a lot.
My: That's right. It can be seen that protecting the environment today is really important.
Thank you for the invitation to participate in this activity.

near future. See you on the day of joining the volunteer team

everyone is busy with thick outlines. And when I passed the exam with the exact score I
expected. I still remember vividly the graduation ceremony in early August 2021 held in the
schoolyard. When I stood in the schoolyard looking at everything around me, I felt both
nervous, happy, and a bit regretful. Indeed, my high school graduation day means a lot to me.
It was the last day that everyone ended their student days. That was the day we realized that 3
years of high school really went by too quickly. So, have you had any event in your life?
My: Yes, I do. The national high school exam is always an event in the life of most people,
including myself. However, the most important event of my life was the day I came into this
world.
Mẫn: Wow, sounds great! Did you tell me more about it?
My: My parents had a son when I was born, and they wanted a daughter to complete the
family. Not only my parents but even my brother were overjoyed. My family chose the name
"Happiness" for me the day I was born, a name that can mean many things. The day I was
born marked the beginning of a chain of events in my life. As a result, it became an important
event in my life.
