Good morning teacher, May I introduce my self: My name is Tam, full name is
Tran Hoang Minh Tam. I’m 19 years old. I grew up in Binh Thuan province. My
major is accounting at hufi university. My favorite hobbies are listening to teen
and romantic music while reading their lyrics.

1. Tell me one activity that is good for both mental and physical health.
I think that activity is yoga because It’s help people more relaxing and
interesting. Besides, do yoga can support strong bones.
2. How often do you take a nap in the afternoon?
When I have free time, I sometimes take a nap in the afternoon because
it’s make me feel stay awake
3. Are you usually sleepy in the middle of the day?
Yes. Recently, I’ usually sleepy in the middle of the day because I do the
homework for the test, it’s a lot of thing to do.
4. How many hours do you usually sleep at night?
I think I just sleep for 6 hours and it’s make me feel so tired
5. Do you like chatting on social media?
Yes, I love it! This social media networking website allows me to keep in
contact with my friends and find people you’ve lost touch with.

Yes, I usually feel stressed when the test is coming.

No, I don’t have any times recently so I don’t reading anything

I rarely check my emails because my emails don’t have anything to check
and I rarely used emails.

When I read book and watch animation, I feel very well and this is my
habit when I feel stress out

I don’t like doing exercise, but I think cycling is the most exercise to do

Sometimes i late for class because I stay up late and I’m stuck in traffic.

I often check my phone for messages because I have some homework
with my team and we do it together so I check messages to know the situation in
the group.

I rarely go travel because I’m car sickness. If I go travel, I feel so tired
and I can’t do anything

When the test comming, I feel stress and sleeping difficulties because I
have a lot of things to do

When I have free times, I play board game with my friends and another
friends in social media

I spend my free time for my family, we will talk and watch TV or hang
out. Sometimes, I meet my friends and we go to eat out

No, I don’t like sport, my health is not good for playing sports.

I think I don’t like eating out in any where because I just like eating foods
cooked by my father , it’s so delicious.

I like beach so I normally go to Vung Tau or Nha Trang because the
scenery in there is very beautiful.

I want to travel in Hoi An, I think it is the most place to travel because it’s
very famous around the world.

1. Are you a competitive person?
Yes, I am. Because I want to be winner and become better than others. And my family can be
proud of my achievements.

No, I don’t. In some cases, I failed, but I don’t feel bored because I have had valuable
experiences that make myself better

I prefer being a spectator because I just love watching sports.

I usually play badminton as a hobby. I feel really happy to play with my friends, we can have
great moments together.

Some sports are so violent that I don't like watching them such as boxing, judo, sumo…

I’m a big fan of Argentina. So I want to change places with Messi, He is a talent in football and

Yes, I do. I think sports team helps me know how to work well in a team

Yes, I do. In some cases, I think the referee was bribed or they were inexperienced

I want to win the badminton. Because badminton is my favorite sport and it's amazing when I
achieve something that makes my family proud of me

No, I don’t. I think it is very difficult and takes a lot of time to learn new rules

1. What's the best way to get around your town or city?
The best way to get around my town is get on by motobike because it is cheaper,
faster and more popular than another transport in my town.
2. Is there a traditional method of transport where you come from?
Well, when it comes to a traditional method of transport where I come from, motorbike is
the common one that most of people in my hometown use. Motorbikes are used for daily
activities of the local people to move, deliver goods, etc

3. How often do you use public transport?

I often use public transport when I get to school because it’s much more
economical for me.
4. Is there a lot of traffic where you live?
I currently live in HCM city and there is a lot of traffic in here. There are too many vehicles on
roads. And roads are not very large for all of them to move easily

The best way of traveling long distance is by plane because it is the fastest
transport and it saves time.
6. Is there a metro where you live or where you come from?
Currently, there is no metro in operation in HCM city where I live

I had a horrible experience on long boat trip. I got seasick and had to return home soon

Yes, because electric car is greener and it’s much more economical than petrol

Yes, I do. I usually travel to school in the rush hour. When I arrive school, there are many

I think it’s a plane because you can travel long distance in a short time.

When it comes to the safest means of transportation, in my opinion, it is train. According to a
research, traveling by train has low rate of accident

No, I don’t. Taking risks makes me stress easily. I tend to avoid risks as well as I can.

No, I am not. Because I have some fears and I find it difficult to make decisions

Because maybe in some case, choices have equal benefits and drawbacks that
make them confused or they are not brave enough to decide

I think a good expedition leader needs to be decisive, reliable and experienced

I prefer sea to mountains. For me, the sea is much cooler than mountains. I can enjoy a

I often reuse plastic water bottle more than once and plastic bags

Yes, I do. I wash the bottle and use it again.

Yes, I do. I'm often busy with a lot of exercise, so ordering online help me saves me a lot of

My stage of life is teenager because I am just 19 years old

I think I will spend more time for my family and we will travel in Da Lat
because I haven’t been home for a long time

I think Tet holiday is the best traditional celebration because it’s a biggest
holiday in VN and everyone is looking forward to it and this time everyone is

The celebration I'm talking about is Vietnamese Teachers' Day, it's great it's like
a Thanksgiving day for those who bring us knowledge.

Yes, I do. Because costumes and masks are colourful and pretty. It make me

You can drive a car when you are 18 years old and the boy can get married

I think a child becomes an adult when he or she turn 18, that is one can vote

Not yet because I'm too young to experience many other new things

My family celebrates a very simple birthday, mainly cooks a few dishes and the
whole family gets together

I changed into new clothes and went to my grandparents' house to wish Tet
