such as soccer, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, but my favorite sport is badminton
This is a popular sport but still attracts players. I played badmintgon from a very
young age. When I was a girl I used to play badminton with my friends.

- Talk about your favorite sport.

 Sports not only improves health but also reduces fatigue and stress. The sport
that I choose is badminton.

This is a sport I love the most. It requires at least two players, or maybe more.
Unlike football, badminton does not need too many players and space. It only
needs a small campus, a number of tools such as badminton rackets, balls, nets,
and marked courts. Players must take turns hitting the bridge over the net until
it hits the ground on the opponent’s field to score. Though you can see it easy
and simple.

However, this sport also requires a lot of handling skills and flexibility. From
children to the elderly, you can play this sport for strength training, endurance,
and entertainment.. Try to experience this sport, I am sure it will help you relax
and be happy after a stressful working day.

 . Besides, I love this sport for several reasons: First, it helped me to lose some
weight which led to better health. Second, when I practiced the sport I made
plenty of cool friends who supported me a lot in life. Last but not least, after
knowing this sport, I would say for sure I could overcome my timidity of being
a big size person and make an effort to change my look. All in all, I suggest this
sport is a must-have pastime for everyone.

- Talk about your favorite means of transportation.

There are various modes of transportation available, including cycling, cars, buses,
trains and more. Each mode has its benefits and drawbacks, depending on factors such
as distance, speed, convenience(con vi ni ent) cost, environmental impact, and
personal preferences. I’d like to talk about my favorite means of transportation. It’s
motorbike. I usually go to school and hang out with my friends or go anywhere I like
by my motorbike. There is a fun element in owning a motorbike. That we could
weave in and out of the traffic very easily Besides, it will find it hard to ride in the
rain and they contribute to air pollution and traffic congestion. Owning a motorbike
also has some disadvantages as the rider is most exposed to danger.

There is a fun element in owning a motorbike. That we could weave in and out of the
traffic very easily. One significant thing is that a motorbike is cheaper than a car and
is suitable for students.

It will find it hard to ride in the rain and they contribute to air pollution and traffic
congestion. Owning a motorbike also has some disadvantages as the rider is most

Unit 4:

- Talk about an unforgettable event that happened to you in the past.

The most unforgettable experience is always hard for me to forget, in my memory all
the time. I think I remember the experience of being lost at night all my life.

It was a dark and a little bit cold night. One of my friends suggested that we go
outside for star seeing.. At first we just wanted to go around and appreciated the
beautiful sky decorated by many stars. But then we decided to go further in. It was
unfortunate that we went into the forest and got lost.

When we found we were lost, it was too late to find the original way back to the
cabana. The cold and strong wind blew against my face all the time.. What’s more, the
fog became thick quickly. Terrible fear came to my mind and made me tremble out of
my control... It was impossible for me to get out of the forest. Even though my friends
tried to convince me that nothing bad would happen to us and we were safe and
sound. I still feared that we would come to a sticky end.

It was hard to find the way clear because of the dense fog. It made us lose the sense of
direction totally. Suddenly, it seemed that a man with a torch stood in front of us. We
dared not to open our eyes until he came to pat on our shoulders and told us that if we
got lost, he would help us to find the way. This kind man led us to go out. It was him
who ended up this terrible experience of getting lost.

It was really an unforgettable experience in my life. I will not forget such a special
unforgettable experience.
