Stir fried Clams with Chilli paste

and Jasmine rice

History
— Since Venus clams provide a soft and sweet taste, can
be easily found in the gulf of Thailand and are so cheap,
Thai people usually use it as one of the main ingredients in
Thai cuisine in order to utilise the clams and to present a
various kind of dishes that are made with genuine Thai
taste. However, the most famous dish of venus clams is
“Stir-fried clams with chilli paste” which gives a sweet,
salty and a little bit spicy tastes to consumers. I
personally love this dish as it is easy to cook and taking
less time to compelte the dish.
Ingredients

-Venus clams
-Seasoning
-Garnish
-Rice

Seasoning Ingredients Rice


Chopped Chilli and Garlic, Clams and Thai basil. (Thai
Fish sauce, Sugar, Chicken basil can also be used for
powder, Oyster sauce and garnishing)
Thai chilli paste
Equipment
Serving style: Can be A La Carte, set menu or
Table d'hôte and it mostly goes with rice
