“Credit Card” 15 USC 1602 (l) The term “credit card” means any card, plate,
coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining
money, property, labor, or services on credit.
( There is no limitation to the term any. Any means all. This is why a social
security card is technically a credit card because it is always used to obtain
property, money, labor, and credit.)

Each violation of Title 15 of the United States Code is $1,000. You have the
right to invoice these companies for their unlawful acts. For your invoice you
will list the violation in one column and the amount in the next column

In the event you're not receiving any success be sure to address the letters
to a general manager, regional manager, or a CEO. If you are still being
denied credit, the next step would be a conditional acceptance. A conditional
acceptance is stating you would accept their terms under the condition they
can prove they are not breaking the law. The conditional acceptance should
get them right where you want them. If they are still fighting then a civil suit
would be next. It’s important to show that you’ve exhausted all options and
they still chose to break the law.

Don’t be afraid to stand up for your rights. There is no statute of limitation

to fraud and this is exactly what is happening when you provide a social
security number without any benefit.

Re: Adverse Action

I, the consumer and natural person, was denied credit by Company Name when I
applied for a insert whatever you applied for.

According to the Equal Credit Opportunity Act adverse action against a consumer is
against the law which is codified in 15 USC 1691c and is pursuant to civil liability under
15 USC 1692k.

Due to the response I received by Company Name you are subject to criminal liability
for violating 15 USC as I have proof that I was discriminated against due to the
response I received.

Company Name is in violation of 15 USC 1642, 15 USC 1681m and 12 CFR 1002
because I, the consumer, made an application in good faith, but credit was not issued.

Furthermore, because my social security number which according to 15 USC 1602(l) is

defined as a credit card was used and I received NO benefit. This is proof of fraudulent
activity (unauthorized use of credit card) on behalf of Company Name.

If Company Name fails to make any reasonable procedures to resolve this matter and
compensate me for the use of my credit credit card I will indeed make Company Name
criminally and civilly liable for all actual damages pursuant to 15 USC 1681n and 15
USC 1681o.

I will also follow up with an invoice for said violations ($1000 per violation).
