Description
1) Description

Old Behavior
-------------
To enable custom applications to use seeded sub ledger
accounting processes and reports, few changes were made
in SLA value sets and reports. AP's wrappers around those
programs were needed to be updated to accommodate SLA
changes.

New Behavior
-------------
AP Trial Balance Report's parameters were changed to
accommodate SLA changes. APTB Report now works fine with
custom applications.
