TOPIC: LESSON 1 TO LESSON 20

Hi everyone. Welcome back to my English video. Today, I am going

to talk about the topic What food do you like? But firstly, I will
introduce about myself. My name is Duyên. My full name is ĐTD. I
was /wəz/ born /bɔːn/ in 2003 so now I am 19 years old. My birthday
is on May 18th. My phone number is 0964977064. I come from KH.
I like shopping with my mother and cooking in my free time. I love
watching TV and surfing /ˈsɜːfɪŋ/ facebook /ˈfeɪsbʊk/ when I feel tired
/ˈtaɪəd/. I like going out with my friends on the weekend /ˈwiːkend/. We
often go to the cinema /ˈsɪnəmə/ and watch movies, then have dinner
together. I have 3 hobbies. My first hobby is listening to music.
Chinese /ˌtʃaɪˈniːz/ music and English music are two types of music
that I often listen to. It makes me feel relaxed /rɪˈlækst/ after a busy
day. My second hobby is learning English because English will help
me a lot in study. And my third hobby is travelling with my family on
summer vacation.
Then, I will talk about “weather in english”. I like sunny days. When
it’s sunny, I often open all the windows of my room and sometimes i
go swimming in the sea with my family. I don't really like rainy days.
when it rains heavily for too long, the weather is cold and the street is
very slippery and dirty, so I'm kinda reluctant to drive. I usually stay
at home and listen to music. I love windy days. Because when it’s
windy, I can go camping and fly a kite with my friends. Foggy days
are very interesting. When it’s foggy, I normally go to the movies and
go out for a walk with my friends. I also like cloudy days. When it’s
cloudy, I often gardening or do the housework
Then, I will talk about “what food do you like?”. I like many kinds of
food, such as seafood, pork, fruit and vegetable. I don’t like spicy
food. Eating a lot of spicy food will cause heat in the body. My
favorite restaurant is called Beach Town. Sometimes my family eats
here and I enjoy the steamed fish because it tastes great! I love eating
fish because fish has many vitamins that are good for the heart and
eyes. I seldom eat fried food. it is very greasy and if eaten a lot, It will
not be good for health. I like eating fruit salad because fruit is yummy
and it has plenty of vitamins. Besides, it is easy to make. I often make
fruit salad for lunch about three or four times a week. I like fruit and
vegetable, everyday I eat some banana, papaya and broccoli. I know it
is good for my health. I really like to eat ice cream in the summer.
So now, I will talk about “frequency /ˈfriːkwənsi/ adverbs /ˈædvɜːrbs/”.
Every morning from Monday to Saturday, I always wake up early at a
quarter to six. My first daily routine after getting up is brushing my
teeth and washing my face. After having breakfast, I often go to
school at 6:30 am. I usually study at school until 11:15 am, then I go
home to have lunch with my family. Normally after having lunch, I
always take a nap for about 30 minutes. In the afternoon, I often go to
the library with my friends from half past one pm to half past four pm.
After that, I go home, have a shower and have dinner at 7 pm with my
family. Then, I often surf facebook for about 25 minutes. After that, I
do the housework and watch a movie at a quarter to eight with my
family . We also talk about fun stories during the movie. We are very
happy at this time. The last things, I do is lock the door, turn off the
lights and go to bed at half past ten pm because we have to get up
early the next morning. On Sunday morning, I always wake up late, at
around 8 am. After breakfast, I often go to my close friend’s house
and we often go shopping or go to the cinema to watch movies
together. Sometimes we go on a picnic in the countryside. In the
afternoon, I enjoy having a rest in my room, reading books or
listening to music. Sunday is a good time for me. It refreshes my mind
after a hard working week.

Then, I will talk about “Season in a year”. Vietnam is a tropical

country. The climate is often hot and humid. Khanh Hoa is located in
the south of Vietnam, so the climate here has 2 seasons: the rainy
season and the dry season. The rainy season in KH usually starts in
September and ends in late December every year.During this period,
although it will rain heavily almost every afternoon, the rain is short
and clear quickly. Because of the rain, the temperature is a lot cooler
and the air is clean and clear. The street is a bit slippery and
dangerous because of that so everyone has to be cautious. In the dry
season,it is very hot. I become very restless during the dry season due
to the heat, moist air and skin problems.

There are 7 days of a week. They are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. On Monday, I often go to school
and go to drinl milk tea with my friends after finished learning in the
afternoon. On Tuesday and Thursday, I often learn english and record
english video. On Wednesday, I sometimes listen to music or go to
the cinema to watch movies with my friends. On Friday, I watch tv
with my family because my family’s favorite show is on Friday at
7pm. Every Saturday night, I always studied english on the online
class. On Sunday, I often go shopping with my mother or do the
housework with her.
There are 12 months of the year. They are January, February, March,
April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November,
December. May is my favorite /ˈfeɪvərɪt/ month because it is my
birthday. In January and February, when the weather /ˈweðər/ is very
nice, my family often go camping together. In March and April, there
are a lot of fish in the river near my house, so I often go fishing with
my brother. In May and June, we sometimes go to the beach every
/ˈwiːkend/morning. In July, I don’t have to go to school /skuːl/, my
family often travel to many places. In August, September and
October, we clean up the garden. In November, I usually visit an old
teacher with my friends on a Teacher’s Day. In December, my family
cleans the house and celebrate /ˈselɪbreɪt/ the New Year together.
My family is small. There are only 4 members in my family. They are
my father, my mother, my brother and I. my father is a worker. He is
50 years old and April 20th is my father’s birthday. His hobbies are
watching action /ˈækʃn/ movies after a hard  /hɑːrd/ working and
jogging /ˈdʒɑːɡɪŋ/ every morning. My mother is a worker too. She is
44 years old. Her birthday is on November 6th. Her hobbies are
shopping and cooking for my family. And my brother is a student. He
is 15 years old and October 18th is his birthday. His hobbies are
watching tv and playing volleyball /ˈvɑːlibɔːl/ with his friends. My
family is very happy. We love each other. In the evening, we often
cook dinner and sit around watching tv together. I love my family so
