Whereas. The “SECOND PARTY “is a supplier of various quarry materials and had a client
that need the delivery of quarry materials like “lastilyas”,base course and different size of
aggregates and other materials to interested buyers and submit a proposal that and offer to the
“FIRST PART” a quotation for ROYALTY AND OPERATE Schemes.
Now therefore. For and in consideration of the foregoing premises. The “FIRST PARTY”
and the “SECOND PARTY” had a mutual agreement and now they decided to put it in a legal
documentation and they agreed and . Stipulate to undertake the following terms and
conditions, to wit

The “FIRST PARTY” authorizes the “SECOND PARTY”to operate the quarrying operation
of aggregates and other quarry materials its land,'property.Base on the offer of the “ SECOND
PARTY” stated that all costs of quarry operations shall be shoulder by the “SECOND PARTY “such
as equipment and related expenses including right of way to the barangay as their rules and
regulations in that area.
The “FIRST PARTY ” accept the offer of “SECOND PARTY” to received a payment
amounting to One thousand five hundred pesos (Php.1,500.00) in every One (1) dump track
loaded twenty two cubic (22 cubic)of “lastilyas”and base course as royalty fee.
 The “SECOND PARTY” required that in the royalty payment that he offer to the “FIRST
PARTY “ should provide all necessary documents such as.

1.Tax declaration of the property

2.Title Receipts if tax of the property
3.Permit to operate the quarry
4.Resolution from the office of barangay
That they had “NO OBJECTION in quarry
Operation in their area.
5. Resolution from the office of the.
City/Municipality mayor and Sangunian bayan
That they had “NO OBJECTION in quarry

6. Secure the all permit required by the Provincial Government.

Are charged and included in the royalty
Fee.
8. Secure all the require related government
agencies, local or national.

The “FIRST PARTY requests to the “SECOND PARTY” should submit the following
documents and details before they start the operation.

1. Total volume of their requirements

2. Schedule of their monthly withdrawal or P.O
3. Photo copy of the documents OR/CR of their Equipment and Dump
truck.
4. Photo copy of the id of their personnel That manage operations.
5 List of equipment that they use in operation. pay he first party its share of profit via
semi-monthly or 15-day•s billing. It further agreed by both parties that fifty percent (50%)
of the semi-monthly payment shall be withhold by the second party to recover the of php
