CHAPTER 3. LESSON 2. CONDUCTING

A MEETING
1. NAME A MEETING THAT YOU HAVE
ATTENDED AND HAVE CONSIDERED
THE MOST ORGANIZED AMONG THE
OTHER MEETINGS THAT YOU HAVE
ATTENDED

I remembered when we had the NSTF

(National Science and Technology Forum)
meeting. When I was one of the contestants in
the Science Experiment Tiktok Challenge, that is
the first time I attended a meeting that is so
formal and organized as well.
2. WHAT DO YOU THINK MADE THAT
ORGANIZED? ENUMERATE WHAT MADE
IT ORGANIZED.

One of the reasons why I can say that it is

organized is that this meeting because it has a
goal of agreeing on the deadline of passing our
projects, deciding how to manage each
contestant in submitting it, and also
brainstorming on the ideas that can have an
important impact in the directions of the said
subject.

Also, I remembered that this meeting is

collaborative and not contentious. For example,
we tried to exchange ideas with the other
coaches and participants so it has a continuous
elaboration of ideas which made the meeting so
organized and prepared it well.

Having a safe environment makes this meeting

also organized since there is no sign of a risky
environment. And the facilitators have a
different point of views and encourages
participation throughout the discussion,
