Because of the diversity of opinions, parliamentarians provide greater instruments for problem

solutions. It has the capacity to serve as coordination, and a state is frequently envisaged as a solution
to society's various coordination difficulties. In contrast to presidential systems, there are various
ways of pointing out a problem, which results in what society as a whole does not prefer.
Furthermore, parliamentary systems are associated with superior governance in most policy areas,
particularly in the areas of economic and human development. As you said na ang executive and
legislative ay connected or may unity sa isat isa so silang dalawa ay nag work as one sap ag
manage sa government. At hindi naman mag kakaroon ng full power ang leader without sa
support ng legislatures na kung saan silang dalawa ay mag katulungan.
Elected in house of commons and the house of lords are all voted by the citizens, and only the
legislators from the house of commons can elect the prime minister, however, in the presidential,
all citizens vote for the president and its three branches.
I am disagreeing that your side would be the best form of government, because even though the
parliamentary form of government has unity in giving an opinion to solve a problem but also
because of that it becomes a big problem because when there is a party that does not agree with
the opinion discussed as a whole there is a disagreement that causes it takes time to work of a
decision on an issue or problem. In terms of presidential government, the giving of advice and
attitude is mutual in that they are given the freedom to voice out their opinion in the making of
decision making, and in the situation of what is needed the president really has the power to take
immediate steps for decision making. Which when taking action and making decisions on certain
issues, the president is quick and decisive in decision-making. Because the president is voted by
the people and there is no responsibility and control over him by the legislature, unlike in the
parliamentary form of government. In a presidential government, the president is at liberty to
either ask for a consultation with the minister or any of them, and he can also refuse and seek
their suggestions and opinions when making a decision. In short, it is said that the minister or
any of the functionaries are advisers to the president and it is not binding that the president needs
to agree and follow their wishes. Unlike the parliamentary system, because the parliament’s
legislature put the prime minister in office or position, he has the responsibility to follow and
coordinate to support the legislatures.

And last, this is a better form of government because it has the merit of separation of powers and
checks and balances. Where the division or separation of power helps to improve the effective
performance of each branch of government in its duties. Here it can be assured that, because
there is a separation of powers, the branches of the government can take action to change or
improve the proper management of the government. They will have the ability to help organize
and change the government. While checks and balances, the performance and conduct of the
president are evaluated through constitutional checks. Additionally, this ensures that there is no
abuse of power in the government because checks and balances guarantee the constitutional
connection and harmony of governance
The better form of government is the presidential government because, in this kind of
government, the fact that the president is chosen by the public makes the entire nation his
constituency; as a result, the party has limited influence over him beyond giving him advice at
party caucuses. He alone is accountable for his actions and inactions, not his party or his
appointees. Because he can shift responsibility to anyone else, he is constantly under pressure to
perform.
Another thing is that when taking action and making decisions on certain issues, the president is
quick and decisive in decision-making. Because the president is voted by the people and there is
no responsibility and control over him by the legislature, unlike in the parliamentary form of
government. In a presidential government, the president is at liberty to either ask for a
consultation with the minister or any of them, and he can also refuse and seek their suggestions
and opinions when making a decision. In short, it is said that the minister or any of the
functionaries are advisers to the president and it is not binding that the president needs to agree
and follow their wishes.Unlike the parliamentary system, because the parliament’s legislature put
the prime minister in office or position, he has the responsibility to follow and support them. So
this promptness in decision-making, therefore, makes the government respond to issues,
especially in situations where any delay in action can be dangerous.
Additionally, this ensures that there is no
abuse of power in the government because checks and balances guarantee the constitutional
connection and harmony of governance. Since Congress can make laws but the President can
veto those laws, the President has the power to veto laws, but Congress can override a President's
veto, Congress has the power to make laws, but the courts can declare those laws to be
unconstitutional. And the combination of the two will show the good performance of the
government as a whole and their quality in the administration and management of services.
