1) IgA vasculitis- IgA nephropathy - glomerulonephritis ( proteinuria, hematuria)
● Henoch -schonlein purpura: non-blanching rash
- Associated with unwellness, fatigue, abdominal pain
2) Pre-renal acute kidney injury
● Non -blanching rah: meningitis & sepsis : tend not causing nephrotic syndrome
3) Nephrotic syndrome causes
- Diabetes
- Amyloidosis
- Minimal change disease (most common)
