    Restriction authority phase only

    (b) Wireman with Three Phase Licensee or supply Low voltage and
    Restriction authority receiving electricity from
    licensee or supply

    switchgear rated at 60
    amperes and below

    (c) Electrical Supervisor Licensee or supply Low voltage and


    authority receiving electricity from
    licensee or supply
    authority via a
    switchgear rated at 100
    amperes and below

    (d) Competent Electrical Licensee or supply Low voltage only


    Engineer who is not authority
    registered with the Board of
    Engineers as a Professional
