LOAN AGREEMENT N°002289

The company CACIB LOANS INTERNATIONAL is headquartered in Napoli
(ITALIE) and whose Unique Fiscal ID number is IFU:32008000000324 to
three partners whose legal representative is the principal shareholder of
Mrs. MARIA Ortiz TREVINO named lender. They agree to lend to Mrs. MARIA
PAPOULIA named borrower, a loan respecting the international rules and
provisions by this loan agreement.
PS: The following lender and borrower are collectively referred to as “the
parties"

PREAMBLE
✓ Whereas the borrower wishes to borrow a specific sum of money from the
lender;
✓ Whereas the lender agrees to lend the said sum of money to the borrower,
under the following terms and conditions;
✓ Whereas the parties wish to confirm their agreement in writing;
✓ Whereas the parties have the capacity and the capacity to exercise all the
rights required for the conclusion and execution of the agreement
established in this contract;
✓ Whereas the lender has a lending licence;

As a result of the above, the PARTIES agree to the following:

ARTICLE 1: PREAMBLE
The preamble shall form an integral part of this contract.
ARTICLE 2: AMOUNT AND PURPOSE OF THE LOAN
The lender grants the borrower a loan in the amount of: Twenty-five thousand euros
(€25,000). The purpose of applying for this loan is to: PERSONAL NEED
ARTICLE 3: DURATION AND INTEREST OF THE LOAN
The loan is increased by an annual interest of 3% for the entire duration of the loan, the
maturity of which is 01/12/2024, or duration of 5 years or 60 months.
ARTICLE 4: Method of obtaining the loan
After having paid the costs of transferring the loan (article 6), the lender will order the
BOA-TOGO Bank to transfer the amount of the loan to the bank account of the borrower
who must be informed in writing that the transfer of the loan of: Twenty-five thousand
euros (€25,000) is transferred to his bank account N° 32010900084 (Sparebank).

 ARTICLE 5 : REPAYMENT OF LOAN
The repayment of the loan will be made on a monthly basis, i.e. four months after receipt
by the borrower the loan amount of: Twenty-five thousand euros (€25,000) from
01.12.2019 with the following parameters:
Monthly payment: 450€ / month
TOTAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS: Twenty-seven thousand euros (€27000)
TOTAL INTEREST: Two thousand euros (€2000).
And for the 60 months, the loan will be repaid in full.

ARTICLE 6 : FEES TO BE PAID AND METHOD OF REPAYMENT OF THE LOAN

The borrower is required to pay the cost of accepting and validating your file to the
Minister of finance, the amount of which is “Four hundred and thirty-eight euros”
(€438). This fee must be paid on the address of the accountant of the lender's
Corporation. (Address for payment of fees is written in Annex)
The refund will be made by bank transfer. As soon as the borrower confirms the receipt of
the loan in his bank account, the account number on which the loan will be repaid will be
notified to him by the notary who must also inform the borrower of the dates of the
monthly payments.
ARTICLE 7: MUTUAL OBLIGATION
The amount of the loan is due at the end of the contract, provided that the borrower is
validly making the necessary security for the loan agreed in article 8 below. The borrower
is obliged to repay to the lender, at the end of the contract, the amount of the loan received
with interest: Twenty-seven thousand euros (€27000).
ARTICLE 8: Security
The loan guarantee is provided under an existing or future guarantee agreement with the
lender.
ARTICLE 9: RESOLUTION OF POSSIBLE DISPUTES
Any dispute which may arise out of the performance and interpretation of
the contract shall be submitted to arbitration by the courts of the country of
the lender. But the borrower can also take his loan to the courts of his
country, to the police or also to INTERPOL if he has not received his loan in
the provisions and conditions well fulfilled.
