CERTIFICATE OF LOAN CONTRACT

Loan contract between Mrs. ANABELLINE BLONDA and Mr. BILONOZHENKO SERHII beneficiary Who will

Article 1
The loan request of 100,000 DOLLARS has been accepted and signed by the loan granted to Mr.
BILONOZHENKO SERHII for the following days, a good reimbursement of the loan of 100,000 DOLLARS

This presentation is a refund. It gives Mr. BILONOZHENKO SERHII the right to comply with its rules of
procedure to declare the amount reimbursed to the bank.
Article 2
The request for funds from Mr. BILONOZHENKO SERHII is based on the form completed with the
notary of justice, Mr. ATIHOU DOSSOU SERGE, and with the acceptance of his file that establishes this
loan agreement with the judge of the French Republic. The French court, on behalf of the credit
agreement, authorizes AXA BANCO to allocate this amount to Mr. BILONOZHENKO SERHII once the
cost of the documents has been obtained.
Article 3
According to the law n. 006-2003 / NA, of January 24, 2003, on financial laws and, by virtue of the
competences that I have acquired, certifies the financing contract in question and confirms that it is
recognized and certified by the State. Once this certificate is signed, any modification or falsification
of the conditions will be punishable by law. Both parties involved in this certificate must appear
before the notary for the contribution of each change.
THE ENTRY FEES IN THIS DOCUMENT ARE 205 DOLLARS AND ARE PAID BY MR. BILONOZHENKO SERHII
