2- NPSH is curves is not allowed by NFPA 20 as the pumps must be subjected to positive pressure
3- Data sheets For (diesel engines , controllers) for each item are attached with this offer
4- Automatic engine shutdown for engine protection is not permitted for firefighting pumps, except in case
of routine test.
5- Accessories and options can’t be sold alone without the purchase of the main diesel firefighting pump
6- Pumps suction strainer: firefighting pump are not supposed to be installed with suction strainer, to avoid
flow clogging (firefighting water shall be clean of any dirts that may affect flow passage.
7- We are not responsible for any subject not stated clearly in our offer

Commercial Offer Notes:

1- Terms of payment: 100% irrevocable confirmed by US bank letter of credit in favor of

"Peerless Pump Company" against shipping documents.
2- Our offer does not include any items not mentioned clearly in our offer.
3- Any extra requirement was not mentioned in our offer or the specification by client during
technical evaluation, price change to apply.
4- Our offer is valid 15 days from the date of this offer.
5- Our delivery time is:
25 - 28 working weeks ex – work factory from date of Purchase order and acceptable LC
received by Peerless Pump whichever is later
Please note that any extra time for inspection and tests taken or required drawing approval
will added to delivery time
6- Our warrantee is against manufacture, or material defect, and do not cover any
installation, or operation defect, and for a period of 18 months from the date of shipping
FOB, or 12 months from start-up, whichever is earlier. Any replacement part will complete
the same part original part warrantee. No warranty will be given for damage caused by
improper storage, unsuitable ground, chemical, electrochemical, electrical influxes and
normal deterioration, nor if it becomes evident that the instructions for storage, installation,
operation and maintenance have not been followed.
7- Ownership: good ownership is passing on full payment of the invoices.
8- Inspector is welcome; any cost will be client responsibility.
9- Site service should be carried by Kheir Group our dealer in Egypt.
10- We welcome your inspector visit to our factory however; we should be notified 2 weeks
at least before the visit. Any hold time for witness testing and inspection shall be added to
delivery time.
11- Our offer does not include any travel or accommodation expenses.
12- Applicable code is NFPA20
13- Certificates and documents should be limited to what indicated in our offer.
14- Shipping documents should be sent to the bank
15- The delay in opening the L/C after one week of submitting our Performa invoice should
be added to the delivery time.

BID VALIDITY

This offer is valid for acceptance for a period of 15 Days from date of issue. PEERLESS
reserves the right to amend the pricing at the expiration of such validity.

DELIVERY TIME

25 - 28 working weeks Ex work Factory from date of Purchase order and acceptable LC received by
Peerless Pump whichever is later

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payments shall be by means of 100% confirmed and irrevocable Letter of Credit. All L/C
expenses & conformation charges in & out Egypt by the opener.

WARRANTY
- PEERLESS warrants the machinery of their own supply against defects in design and
workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months after date of
startup but not over 18 months after date of shipment.
