Introduction
A computer in an electronic machine that process the raw data and provide result as an
information or output. It is an electronic device that accepts the data as an input and transfers it
under the observation of special instructions which is called programs to produce the needed or
we can say the desired output. In other words, we can say that a computer is a programable
machine which is specially designed to give the desired output on the given input by the user
after the processing normally computer components are mainly divided into two main categories
the first one is hardware and the second is software. Basically, hardware itself is a machine and
its connected devices are monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Also, software is the set of programs
which make us the hardware of performing various functions. Generally, the term is used to the
collection of various devices that functions together as a system. It performs various operations
which are given below.
1. It receives data and instructions from the input devices.
2. Process the data as per the given instructions.
3. It provides the result or output in a desired form.
In other we can say that the electronic computer is one of the most important developments of
the twentieth century. Like the industrial revolution of nineteenth century, the computer and the
information and communication technology built upon it heavily drastically changed business,
culture,
Government and science and touched nearly every aspects of our lives. This text introduces the
field d of computing and details also some of the fundamental concepts and practice used in the
development of computer applications. According to my observations the computer is
performing very well performance in the daily life activity of our generation today each and
everything is becoming very easily through these facilities for the survival of human and to
satisfy their needs in a proper way.
Elements of computer
There are some main elements of computer that make up a computer system. Basically, they all
are interacted with each other to perform the specific task on a given time lets have some details
about these basic elements of computer which are given below.

Computer network is a system in which multiples nodes are connected to each other’s to share
information and resources. Basically, a computer allows a sharing of resources between the
different nodes which are connected with each other to perform the specific task can also says
that the objects that are used in computer network elements are also known as computer network
elements there are also four basic computer networking elements.
1. Computers
2. Transmission medium wired or wireless
3. Protocols
4. Network software’s
Computer network
A compute network is a set of computers sharing resources located on or mainly provided by
networks nodes. The computer uses common communications protocols to communicate with
echoers these interconnections are made of telecommunications networks and technologies,
based on physically weird optical and wireless radio frequency methods that may be arranged in
a variety of network topologies. The nodes of a computer network can include personal
computers, servers, networking hardware, or there specialized or for general purpose hosts. They
are identified by network addresses, and may have hostnames. Hostnames serves as memorable
labels for the nodes, which are rarely changed after initial assignment. Network address serve for
locating and identifying the nodes by communications protocols same as the internal protocols.
Computer network maybe classified in different criteria including the transmission which
basically works to transfer the and move the signals bandwidth communication protocols or to
organize the network traffics the network size the topology, the traffic control mechanism, and
also the organizational intent.
Basically, computer network may support many network and other application and services such
as access to the world wide web digital video, digital audio, shared use of applications another
application storage server, printers, fax machines, and the use of other email and instant
application which are used for communication process.

Weird computer network

Weird computer network is those which mainly connected through lane
Or in other words we can say that those networks which are connected with the help of
cables these are called weird computer network for example when the keyboard is
connected to the system with the help of wires or lane know as weird networking.

Wireless computer networking

Wireless computer networks are those computer networks which are connected without
any lane or any sources of wires is called wireless computer networking like for example
when a mouse is connected to the system through Bluetooth connection basically it is
called wireless networking. Like Bluetooth mouse, keyboard, headphones.
Types of computer network
A computer network is usually classified according to their size as well as their purpose
widely used computer networks which are the mostly used for communication process in the
country outside the country which performs various functions in a specific way.

LAN computer network

A local area network (LAN) is a collection of devices connected in one physical
location, such as building office or home a lane can be small or large ranging from a
home network to an enterprise network with thousands of users and the devices at
the offices or schools.
Regardless of size a LANE’S single defining character is that it connects devices in
single area or we can say that limited area. It also contrasts a wide area network
(WAN) or the other one is metropolitan area network (MAN) which basically covers
larger geographical areas.
And also, some WAN’S and MAN’S connects many LAN’S together.
The rise of virtualization has also fueled the developments of virtual LANS which
enables network administrators to logically group network nodes and their partition
also their network without any need the major infrastructure changes in the system.
For example, in an office with multiple documents and the departments such as

In other word we can says that the advantages of LAN are those for any group of
devices are networked together these devices can also use a single internet
connection, shares files with one another, print to shared printers, and be accessed an
even controlled by one another.
MAN, computer network
A metropolitan area network (MAN) is computer area network that is larger then a
single building local area network (LAN) but located in a single geographic area that
is basically smaller then a wide area network (WAN). Generally, it is several LANS
interconnected by dedicated bones connections.it may also refers to public area use
networking infrastructure in a municipality or we can say region.

In other words, we can say that metropolitan area network (MAN) is computer
network
That is basically larger than a single building local area network (LAN) but is
located in a single geographic area which is smaller than a wide area network
(WAN).

Advantages and disadvantages

The primary advantage of MAN over a WAN is the high bandwidth enabled by the
dedicated links of that metropolitan area network (MAN) this application of man
provides a higher speed. From 1gigabite per second to 100gbps, and lower latency
than would be possible over a WAN. Since the organization maintains the basic
control of the connections,
It can also apply traffic shaping and the increased security.

Disadvantages of MAN over a WAN basically includes potentially higher costs

greater complicity and additional logistics required to maintain these links. A well-
designed MAN will also have redundant connection per building.

Man extended uses

 A MAN maybe a large number of privately owned or we can say that
telecommunication provider the interconnects between organizations.
 A MAN maybe a public or free wi-fi system provided to the resident of a
society.
 A MAN maybe a network used by municipality or company to interacts its
public work system and internet of things (lot) devices.
WAN computer network
A wide area network (WAN) is a large computer network that connects group of computers over
the largest distances. In other word we can say that a wide area network is a type of network
which connects the computers over a very large scale which is basically working on a world
wide communications system in which many of its signals perform an important role so it’s the
most important part of computer networking without it the world wide communication system
which is basically working in many official sites and other governmental sections for the sharing
of data information and several kind of documentations through these networking system.
The definition of what constitutes a WAN is fairly broad, technically, any large network that
spreads
Out over a wide geographic area is a WAN. Basically, the internet itself is considered a WAN.
A small business, for instance, will manage the routers and the switches which are involved in
setting up the lain.
