RESIGNATION LETTER OF CEO

Dear Board of Directors:

I hereby resign my position as President of Imperial Corp. effective immediately. It has

been an honor to lead Imperial for one year and nine months.

My decision to resign from the company is not the result of any disagreement with the
Company’s operations, policies or procedures. I am happy with how the company has
progressed thus far and I’m sure that my replacement will be able to contribute to the
continued growth of the organization.

I have appreciated the opportunity to serve on the Company’s President and I wish the
company continue to progress in the years to come.
