Instructions
[Note: Your admit card consists of 2 pages which include important instructions. Kindly go through the instructions
carefully, print both the pages and carry the same to the exam centre.]

General Instruction:

1.Candidate requested to take Printout of CLT Admit card (colour printout only) and carry the admit card to the exam center.
2.Bring valid original Government ID proof. Anyone from below mentioned
Aadhar Card, Passport ,Voter id ,Driving license ,Pan card
Note: Admission to the examination hall would be denied, if an original identity proof (physical/hardcopy) from the list above is not presented
at the Exam Center.
3.Candidates must report to the examination center/venue at least 60 mins before the scheduled time for the registration and for the verification of the
documents otherwise candidate will be not allowed to write the exam . The candidates shall be required to go to the respective center where the
candidate has selected & booked online, at the scheduled date and time.

Exam Instruction :

1. Exam shall be online & Evaluation of the exam is online. Score will be displayed immediately after the exam completes. Digital certificate will be
generated for the past candidates and same will be available online in candidate login portal.
2. The candidate has maximum 90 minutes of time to complete the exam & candidates shall not be allowed to exceed the allotted time. No break will be
given during the exam.
3. Candidates need to login with their KG ID No & Password provided during the registration. Once logged in Instructions will be displayed &
language selection option will be there to choose Kannada/ English. Once main Exam start change of language is not possible. Sample exam of 5
questions will be given five minutes prior to the main exam.
4. Total question shall be 80, carrying 1 mark each. Question paper is of multiple choice question combining both theory & practical.
5. System will allow the candidates to submit the exam only after minimum time spent i.e 45 minutes.
6. Do not give / obtain any help during the exam. Candidates found violating the instructions of the exam will be disqualified.
7. For any technical issues / query, please contact exam invigilator.

Items not allowed to the exam center:

1. Stationery items including text printed or written, notes, pouches, pens, writing pads, eraser & other miscellaneous items like wallet, goggles,
handbags, belts, and caps, jacket etc.
2. Electronic devices like mobile phone, smart watches, pen drives, Bluetooth devices, calculators, pager, earphone, health band, scanner or any
electronic devices.
3. Strictly your personal belongings/baggages mobile phones etc. are not allowed inside the exam hall and candidate has to make necessary
arrangements to keep the items safely. Exam center will not take any responsibility for the same.

COVID 19- Instructions for Candidates to Attend Exam

Note: Candidates have to strictly follow the COVID-19 instructions. If found any violation, such candidates will not be
allowed to take/attend the exams.

1. Infrared Thermal screening will be done at the entrance of the examination hall.

4. Maintain minimum 3 feet social distance with other candidates, examiners and staff all times during the exam process is mandatory.
Over Crowding, congregation or group gathering is strictly prohibited in and around the exam center premises. If violated, legal action will be

6. Candidates shall be advised to avoid carrying of bags and other belongings to the exam center for the safety purpose.
7. It is mandatory for all the candidates to enroll in Aarogya Setu app in their mobile phones and should assert their COVID-19 status at the entrance.
Candidates with any of the below conditions will not be allowed to take the online CLT Examination. They can take the exam once

recovered in the next month.
a) Candidates with COVID-19 positive status.
Candidates who are in compulsory quarantine, stay-at-home order, medical surveillance or a self-quarantine order, as specified by the state

Government.
c) Candidates who are/were in contact with any person having confirmed COVID-19 positive (Primary / Secondary contact).
d) Candidates who have any symptoms like cold, cough, fever (influenza like illness-ILI) and/or breathlessness (Sever acute respiratory illness-SARI)
