Justification: I specifically targeted a former coworker who held the same role as the one I'm
applying for in business. I was quite close to Joash Mango, but we kept things professional, and I
had worked for him. I last worked with him two years ago.

Dear Mango Joash,

I'm writing to ask for your endorsement in the form of a letter. I require this letter to apply for the
"Field Relations and Operations Manager" post being sought by FamilySearch International in
my nation. I want you to know how much it meant to me to collaborate with you on the Oral
Genealogy Project in DR Congo, particularly in the province of Lualaba. You taught me a lot,
and I appreciate you for that. You may recall the difficulties I encountered at the time and how
well I overcame them. I will need this position to better assist business owners who are facing
similar difficulties by drawing on my own experience and what I have learned thus far.

I am confident that I would make the greatest candidate for this role since FamilySearch
International is searching for someone with strong leadership qualities who can take charge and
determine what needs to be done. I had over 5 years of experience working in this sector before
the fantastic experience I had with DDD. I’ve worked as a field agent, and lastly a field agent’s
supervisor. Since then, I've gained more information in this field, improved my communication
skills, and generally elevated my level of professionalism. That person, in my opinion, would
make a superb Field Relations and Operations Manager.
