maintenance and operational personnel on
either a contractual or ad hoc basis tailored to
suit the individual needs of the client including:

Offshore Crane Projects, Modifications
and Upgrades
We will take full responsibility for the planning,
co-ordination and implementation of any
maintenance or replacement project relating to
offshore cranes and any associated
equipment including:
• Engine, power train and hydraulic
system refurbishment
• Boom changeouts and refurbishment
• Slewring changeouts/inspections
• Crane and pedestal replacements
• Crane testing & inspection
• Wire rope changeouts
• Anchor winch inspection/refurbishment
• Supply and installation of tailored cabins
for offshore cranes
• Supply of boom rests, parking supports,
adaptation of boom design

Engineering Services
Engineering is at the core of everything we do,
with exceptionally strong capabilities at all our
major locations.

provide technical support & counselling, and
carry out safety assessments, aimed at giving
the customer improved operational safety and

network, both nationally and internationally,
and can assist the customer in choosing the
right sub-vendor on the basis of price, quality
and security of supplies for:
• All spare parts for cranes
• Cranes and lifting equipment
(purchase or rental)
• Used equipment including the procurement
or supply of refurbished offshore cranes
• Service exchange units

• In-situ machining tools for pedestal,
boom clevis boring, drilling & tapping

Total Crane Management
We can provide a dedicated contract manager
and technical focal point and will take
responsibility for availability, maintenance
system and regulatory compliance of the
clients’ offshore cranes. This can include the
provision of all crane operational and
maintenance personnel. The level required
can be flexible to meet our clients needs.
We also handle the provision, management
and holding of all crane spares and include
hydraulic hose & wire rope management as
complementary services
Online Crane Management System
EnerMech offers 24-7 online access to crane
inspection reports and other key data. The
system is developed in-house and can be
tailored to suit individual client requirements.
Call-off Service
We offer a call-off service providing routine
maintenance and repair support to ensure
customer owned and operated machinery
remains in optimum condition, and is always
safe and available for use.
Onshore Support
Enermech has fully equipped base and
yard facilities staffed by trained personnel
to complement our offshore activities.
Inspections and refurbishment can be
effectively undertaken in the minimum of time.
We offer a tailored solution for engine rebuilds,
gearbox/winch/boom refurbishments and
wire rope NDT and inspection.
All of our base facilities include modern fully
serviced offices, fully equipped engineering
and drawing offices, modern, fully covered
workshops and warehousing plus additional
external storage and yard space.
MIPEG Systems
EnerMech are agents for the supply and
service of MIPEG Rated Capacity Indicators,
Rope Speed Indicators and other crane safety
monitoring systems.
Mini Cranes
EnerMech are also agents for Unic Mini
Cranes, with a max SWL 6.0 te and maximum
reach of 18.6m. Cranes are available in Rig
Safe or Zone 1 specifications. Units can be
hired or purchased to meet Clients’ needs.
