    I have learned very important topics on this module. The qualities


    of effective communication, the value of open relationships, and
    marketing efforts in connection to gaining funding and supporting
    education programs.
    All of these topics should be understood by the administrators and
    facilitators since these brings up the whole system for the institution or
    university. There are a lot of advantages being a teacher especially
    when your major is physical education. Understanding the legal structure
    and the whole method works is very crucial in order to become an
    effective physical education teacher.
    Frequent communication with the students will lead to good
    student-teacher relationship. Thus, being an effective educator is to
    become good in communicating and speaking.
