> Ontological materialism --> the material things
like particles and energy are more real than the
human mind.
> Ontological idealism --> immaterial phenomenon
like human mind and consciousness are more real
than meterial things.

Why is ontology important in philosophy?
> to discuss challenging question to build theory
and models, and to better understand the
ontological status of the world.
> The human sciences ultimately study what could
be called meaningful phenomena, e.g. world
economy, parenthood, music, art; everything
related to the general meaning and value of
human existence (Ingthorsson, 2013).
