MR. ELPIDIO TRINIDAD to MR. EFREN TAGAPAN of Ballakayo, San
Pablo, Isabela. As agreed upon by the heirs of REMEDIOS SANTOS
MIRO’S ESTATE covering the area of 17.8 hectares located at Bayabo,
Sta. Maria, Isabela designates MR. EFREN TAGAPAN as over sheer
temporarily. All transactions, collections and decisions will be handled by
him.
Notice will be distributed to persons concerned presently tilling this
land.
