AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement is made and entered into by and between:

LGU- Amas represented by Hon. Nelvin P. Naviamos, Barangay Chairman;

and

MRS. BERNARDITA PECATE of legal age, married and a resident of Kilada Matalam,
North Cotabato and MR. SOLITARIO ZERRUDO married to MRS. BASILIA ZERRUDO both
legal age a resident of Purok Caimito, Amas, Kidapawan City.

That the said AREA is under Barangay Site located at, Purok Caimito, Barangay Amas,
Kidapawan City containing more or less Five (5) hectares.

That LGU-Amas allow MRS. BERNARDITA PECATE, MR. SOLITARIO ZERRUDO

AND MRS. BASILIA ZERRUDO for take over and develop the area within the barangay
property; provided that if the FORMER (LGU-Amas) will utilize the above-mentioned property
he/she will readily and voluntarily agrees to vacate the area subject for relocation.

The BOTH PARTIES are not allowed to sell and rent the said area to other parties.

This agreement shall take effect on the date the parties have affixed their signatures and
shall remain in force until revoked and rescinded.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, the parties set their hands and signature this 13th day of
November, 2023 at Barangay Amas, Kidapawan City, Philippines.
