AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between BENJAMIN A. LENON, of legal age, and
a resident of Lugan III, Barangay Poblacion, Tboli, South Cotabato herein referred to as the
OWNER/MORTGAGOR;

AND

JANESIS G. GREGORIO, of legal age and resident of Purok Tanco, Barangay Edwards, Tboli, South
Cotabato herein referred to as the MORTGAGEE;

WITNESSETH

1. That, Mr. Benjamin A. Lenon is the lawful owner of one (1) unit Suzuki motorcycle with Plate No.
MC39619, Engine No. BGA1177557 and Chassis No. NG4BA101444.

2. That, the owner Mr. Benjamin A. Lenon mortgaged the said motorcycle to Mr. Janesis G. Gregorio
in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (P5, 000.00) Php.

3.That, after a month or on May 12, 2016 Mr. Benjamin A. Lenon will return the said amount and with
an additional Five Hundred Pesos (P 500.00) as an interest to the said mortgaged motorcycle.

1. That it is in condition that the Mortgagee, Mr. Janesis G. Gregorio will compensate the motorcycle
if ever there will be a damage.

Both parties signed this agreement this 12th day of April, 2016 at the Office of the Barangay Captain,
Barangay Edwards, Tboli, South Cotabato.

This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between ROLAND S. ANTIPONA/JONATHAN D.
CURILAN, of legal ages, and a residents of Sitio Bangkaing, Edwards, Tboli, South Cotabato herein referred to
as the OWNER;

AND

SGT. NURHAIDIN S. NASTAIN, of legal age and resident of Kiamba, Sarangani Province herein
referred to as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH

1.That, ROLAND S. ANTIPONA/JONATHAN D. CURILAN, is the lawful owner of one (1) unit Suzuki
motorcycle with Plate No. 2687QL, Engine No. E469145496 and Chassis No. BE4EB214864.

2. That, the owner ROLAND S. ANTIPONA/JONATHAN D. CURILAN, sold the said motorcycle to
SGT. NURHAIDIN S. NASTAIN in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15,000.00) Php.

3.That, SGT. NURHAIDIN S. NASTAIN will paid the said amount after signing this contract.

Both parties signed this agreement this 2ndday of August, 2016 at the Office of the Barangay Captain,
Barangay Edwards, Tboli, South Cotabato.
