    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

    In response to the letter sent by Atty. Oliver C. Castro, the undersigned testify that
    Bienvenido Sarrondo started cultivating the land owned by Esmeraldo Violago on April
    30, 1982; that, the rental per annum as agreed during that time shall be 22 cavans of
    palay of the same crop with 46 kilos dry and 50 kilos wet; that, the said parcel of land
    with TCT No. RT 29676(224307) recorded at Register of Deeds in Bulacan, purchased
    by James Rivera; that, the terms and conditions between the lessor and the lessee before
    will be the same this time in terms of rental to the said land.

    On the other hand, the undersigned had witnessed that the aforementioned rental
    were stored temporarily at M.G. Lipana Rice & Poultry Supply located at San Juan, San
    Ildefonso, Bulacan on January 4, 2008 amounting to Php 13,388.00; that, Mr. James
    Rivera was notified through letter that he could get it, although, he changed his address,
    so, Mr. Bienvenido Sarrondo encashed it on November 10, 2010. Afterwards, Mr.
    Rivera got five (5) cavans of rice in place of such amount/ palay and the receipt of the
    aforementioned details were attached here. Hence, the rental of land that was mentioned
    to the letter of Atty. Oliver C. Castro is too much.

    This certification is issued upon request this 3 rd day of May,2011, hereat the
    Office of Sangguniang Barangay of Calasag, San Ildefonso, Bulacan, for legal purposes
    only.
