DEED OF SALE REGISTERED LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale made and entered into by and between:

DONYA CIELO FIERRO, Filipino, single, of legal age, and with residence
and post-office address at Sagayaden, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, hereto referred as the
VENDOR;
and

NARDA ANG BATO, Filipino, of legal age, with residence and post-
office address at Anonang Menor, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, hereto referred as the
VENDEE;

WITNESSETH

That the VENDOR is the owner of a parcel of land located at Sagayaden,

Cabugao, Ilocos Sur and more particularly described and bounded as follows:

A parcel of land Lot 11958-P, situated at Sagayaden, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur. Bounded on
the North by 04; on the East by 07; on the South by Callejon; on the West by 09. Containing an
area of Six Hundred Ninety (690) square meters, more or less; Covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. T-12333-A and declared under Tax Declaration No. D-0006-00143.

That the VENDOR by these presents do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and

CONVEY, the above described property unto the vendee, in the amount of Five
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00), to the full satisfaction of the vendee;
and

That the VENDOR hereby warrants the peaceful possession and

enjoyment of the property by the Vendee.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the VENDOR and VENDEE have hereunto

set their hands this 28th day of June 2023, hereat Bantay, Ilocos Sur, Philippines.
