DEED OF EXTRA – JUDICIAL

SETTLEMENT WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This deed is made and executed by RODRIGO GRANADOZO; NORILYN A.

GRANADOZO, RODERICK A. GRANADOZO AND GEMALYN GRANADOZO, all of legal
Filipino and a resident of Burgos, Naguilian, Isabela are the legitimate heirs of the late CARMELITA
APALLA who died intestate on July 1, 2019 at Burgos, Naguilian, Isabela that descedent CARMELITA
APALLA left a certain parcel of land situated at Burgos, Naguilian, Isabela and more particularly
described as follows to wit;

“… A parcel of land Lot 219 – E CSD – (A8). 02 – 003520 – D Portion of Lot 219 – Cad. 389 – D –
Equivalent to Lot 1206; Cad. 389 – D. Containing an Area of 4,694 Sq. Meters more or less covered by P
– 95829 of the Registry of Deeds of Isabela.

That pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court we as legitimate heirs hereby extra –
judicially settle among ourselves the above described property subject to Sec. 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of
Court.

That We RODRIGO GRANADOZO, RODERICK GRANADOZO AND NORILYN

GRANADOZO hereby waive our rights of the said parcel of land in favor to our co-heir GEMALYN
GRANADOZO FIEBO, of legal age Filipino married and a resident of Burgos, Naguilian, Isabela, her
heirs successors and assigns the above described property.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our lands this day of July 2020 at Naguilian,
Isabela.
