EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made end and entered into this 5 th day of June
2019, in San Fernando, Pampanga, by and between:

Isaac Madrigal, of legal age, Filipino, single, residing at 1AB Street,

San Fernando, Pampanga;

Saul Madrigal, of legal age, Filipino, single, residing at 1AB Street,

San Fernando, Pampanga;

Josel Madrigal, of legal age, Filipino, single, residing at 1AB Street,

San Fernando, Pampanga;

WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, we are the sole heirs of the deceased Martina Vda de

Madrigal who died on May 14, 2018, at San Fernando, Pampanga, copy of
her death certificate is hereto attached as Annex A;

WHEREAS, Martina Vda de Madrigal, died intestate, without Will or

Testament, and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or
entity;

WHEREAS, Martina Vda de Madrigal is the absolute and registered

owner of the following properties:

1. Two (2) million MBT shares of stock valued at P60M;

2. Three (3) condominium units at Makati City valued at P25M;
3. Two (2) million MBT shares of stock valued at P15M;
4. Five (5) hectares of agricultural land located in San Fernando,
Pampanga, valued at P15M;
5. Commercial lot and building at Binan, Laguna valued at P30M; and
6. Share in Martina Winery Ltd. as partner, the value of which is
undetermined.
 WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of
Court of the Philippines, and being with full capacity to contract, we do
hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the parcel of land described above, in equal
shares.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto set our hand on the 5 th day of

June, 2019, at San Fernando, Pampanga.

EXTRJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE which they acknowledged
before me as their free and voluntarily act and deed.

The foregoing instrument which relates to an Extrajudicial

Settlement of Estate consisting of 3 pages including the page on which this
acknowledgement is written, has been signed on the left margin of each and
every page by the parties and the witnesses.
