We, PABLO S. IGNACIO married to Rebecca L. Ignacio, REMEDIOS

IGNACIO MARTIN married to Vicente L. Martin, GUILLERMA IGNACIO
TOMAMBO married to Rolando F. Tomambo and ATANACIA IGNACIO RAMOS
married to Francisco L. Ramos, all of legal age, Filipinos and resident of Sta. Rita,
Guiguinto, Bulacan and Malolos City, Bulacan;

Heirs of CATALINA S. IGNACIO , who died on February 17, 2017 and

Remegio G. Narciso at Malolos City, Bulacan, namely ZENAIDA N.
BUENAVENTURA single , JUANITO I. NARCISO , Daisy P. Narciso and
ROGELIO I. NARCISO ,Cristina Narciso all of legal ages, Filipinos and residents
of Ligas, Malolos City, Bulacan;

Heirs of TEODORICO S. IGNACIO who died on February 7, 2014 and

Marta V. Ramos at Malolos City, Bulacan namely BENILDA I. HILARIO, Fidel
S. Hilario, ANGELITA I. DE JESUS, Oscar de Jesus ,RODRIGO R. IGNACIO
single, and FLAVIANA I. BATUNGBAKAL, Numeriano M. Batungbakal all of
legal ages, Filipinos and residents of Ligas, Malolos City, Bulacan;

Heirs of SIMPLICIO S. IGNACIO single who died on October 12, 2001 at

Malolos City, Bulacan, namely, REYNALDO H. IGNACIO, Estrellita I. Enriquez
ROLANDO H. IGNACIO, single LORNA H. IGNACIO, Nonilon D.Tismo and
SIMEONA H. IGNACIO, single, all of legal ages, Filipinos and residents of Ligas,
Malolos City, Bulacan;

Heir of ELPIDIO S. IGNACIO who died on April 25, 2014 and Teresita J.
Hernandez at Malolos City, Bulacan represented by TERESITA H. IGNACIO;

That, the above named parties and decedents are compulsory and legitimate heirs
of the deceased FRANCISCO IGNACIO and MARIA SANTIAGO;

We do hereby DECLARE and STATE, to wit

That said deceased, left their share on a parcel of land located at Daungan,
Guiguinto, Bulacan covered by Emancipation Patent No. 154157 with an area of SIX
THOUSAND FOUR SEVENTY SIX (6,476) square meters;

That said deceased did not leave any Last Will or Testament nor had any
outstanding debts and/or obligation in favor of any person or entity;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and

pursuant to Sec. 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and all being with
full capacity to contract, we have agreed as we do hereby agree, to divide as we do
hereby divide and adjudicate unto ourselves the proportionate shares of the deceased in
the above-described parcel of land;

SALE
 That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF
__________________________ PESOS (Php___________.00) Philippine currency, to
us in hand paid by ____________________________, of legal age, Filipino and resident
of ________________________ we hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the
said Vendee, the parcel of land above mentioned free from all liens and encumbrances,
and that henceforth full ownership and possession shall pertain to the said vendee, her
heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest
