ADDENDUM TO THE EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, the heirs of SPS. MANUEL H. GENOVA SR., & CELEDONIA ANTONIO-
GENOVA, namely:

2. ANTONIA A. GENOVA
3. MANUEL A. GENOVA JR.
4. HENRY G. SYTANGCO
5. ILUMINADA S. SINOGBA
6. PACITA S. ZURBANO
7. PACITA A. REFAMA
WITNESS, THAT:
WHEREAS, on July 21, 1998 we executed the EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF
ESTATE, notarized by Notary Public Atty. Rodrigo S. Refe, and registered in his notarial book as
Doc. No. 94, Page No. 18, Book No. V, Series of 1998.
WHEREAS, in the aforesaid EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE, the
property is subject for settlement are the following:
1. Located at Barrio of Labao, Municipality of Libmanan, Province of Camarines Sur,
with an area of FORTY-SIX THOUSAND NINETY-SEVEN (46, 097) square meters of
LOT NO. 2503, Psc-42 and embraced in ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No.
2289.

2. Located at Barrio of Aslong, Municipality of Libmanan, Province of Camarines Sur,

with an area of ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND AND NINETY-EIGHT (104,
098) square meters, of LOT NO. 5841, Psc-42 and embraced in ORIGINAL
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 080-4619.

3. Located at Barrio of Cambalidio, Municipality of Libmanan, Province of Camarines Sur,

with total area of SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY
(74, 460) square meters of LOT NO. 836, Psc-42 and embraced in ORIGINAL
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 5211.

4. Located at Barrio of Bigajo Sur, Municipality of Libmanan, Province of Camarines Sur,

with total area of EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVENTY (83, 070) square meters
of LOT NO. 2541, Psc-42 and embraced in ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No.
8274.
The addendum to insert and correct clerical errors omitted in the Extra-Judicial Settlement of
Estate, Dated on July 21, 1998, to wit:

1. OMITTED HEIRS:

 VIRGILIO A. GENOVA, of legal age, married to CORAZON D. GENOVA,

Filipino Citizen and resident of Libod I, Libmanan, Camarines Sur;

 SEVERINO A. GUIRUELA, of legal age, widower, Filipino Citizen and resident

of Aslong, Libmanan, Camarines Sur.

2. To SEVERINO A. GUIRUELA, Lot 5841-G with an area of 4, 698 sq. meters, instead of
Portion of Lot 5841-A;
To PACITA A. REFAMA, Portion of Lot 5841 with an area of 20, 000 sq. meters, instead
of Portion of Lot 5841-B;
To MANUEL A. GENOVA, JR., Portion of Lot 5841 with an area of 20, 000 sq. meters,
instead of Portion of Lot 5841-C;
To VICTORIA GENOVA-GUERRERO, Portion of Lot 5841 with an area of 20, 000 sq.
meters, instead of Portion of Lot 5841-D;
 To ANTONIA A. GENOVA, Portion of Lot 5841 with an area of 20, 000 sq. meters,
instead of Portion of Lot 5841-E;u
To VIRGILIO A. GENOVA Portion of Lot 5841 with an area of 20, 000 sq. meters,
instead of Portion of Lot 5841-F;
3. That ANTONIA A. GENOVA is SINGLE, clerically type in Extra Judicial Settlement of
Spouses Manuel H. Genova Sr., & Celedonia Antonio-Genova is MARRIED, of legal age,
Filipino Citizen and a resident of San Juan, Libmanan, Camarines Sur and VICTORIA
GENOVA-GUERRERO, of legal age, married to SULPECIO N. GUERRERO, Filipino
Citizen and resident of San Juan, Libmanan, Camarines Sur; MANUEL A. GENOVA JR.,
of legal age, married to TERESITA A. GENOVA, Filipino Citizen and resident of 124 Del
Rosario St., Peñafrancia Avenue, Naga City, Camarines Sur; PACITA A. REFAMA, of
legal age, married to FLAVIANO B. REFAMA, Filipino Citizen and resident of San Juan,
Libmanan, Camarines Sur; HENRY G. SYTANGCO, of legal age, married to ANGELITA
A. SYTANGCO, Filipino Citizen and resident of Poblacion, Libmanan, Camarines Sur;
PACITA S. ZURBANO, of legal age, widow, Filipino Citizen and resident of Poblacion,
Libmanan, Camarines Sur; ILUMINADA S. SINOGBA, of legal age, married to
ERNESTO SINOGBA, Filipino Citizen and resident of Labao, Libamanan, Camarines Sur.
WHEREAS, the parties who are all legal age are the legitimate and surviving heirs of the
decedents they being children and assigns of the decedent;
WHEREAS, there are no known debts or obligations due against the estate of the decedents;
WHEREAS, it is to the best interests of the parties to divide, partition and adjudicate among
themselves the entire extra-judicially in accordance with law;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises, and invoking the provisions
of Rule 74, Section 1 of the Rules of Court, the parties do, by these presents agree to adjudicate, the
same among themselves the above described property.
That the parties hereby agree that the notice of this Addendum to Extra Judicial Settlement
of the Estate shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of
general circulation Province of Camarines Sur, as required by the Rules of Court.
That this is an addendum/supplement to the Extra Judicial Settlement of the Estate, executed
by the same parties dated July 21, 1998.s
LET IT BE KNOWN THAT the parties have signed this deed at Naga City on
