AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP
We, ALFREDO M. PLACIDES, DINA P. MORTEGA, ANNALIZA P. MUSTERA and
RODRIGO M. PLACIDES, all married, all of legal age, and with common address at Tinago, Ligao
City having duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That we are the living heirs of DOMINGO R. PLACIDES and EMILIA M.

PLACIDES, the sole daughter of MARCIAL MOISES and PAZ
PROLLAMANTE;

2. That EMILIA M. PLACIDES was the sole owner of a parcel of land located at
BASAG, LIGAO CITY particularly described as LOT 809 covered by TAX
DECLARATION 2008-01-004-0096. Attached herewith as (ANNEX A)

3. That the said parcel of land was acquired by MARCIAL MOISES and PAZ
PROLLAMANTE from SEGUNDINO PERALTA thru a DEED OF SALE OF
REAL PROPERTY executed on MAY 02, 1946 at LIGAO, ALBAY. (ANNEX
B)

4. That the said parcel of land was transferred to our mother, EMILIA M.
PLACIDES, from MARCIAL MOISES and PAZ PROLLAMANTE thru a DEED
OF ABSOLUTE SALE executed July 23, 1974 at DARAGA, ALBAY. (ANNEX
C)

5. That we, the HEIRS OF DOMINGO and EMELIA M. PLACIDES, has no

knowledge about the transaction that took place between EMILIO PLACIDO and
SEGUNDINO PERALTA nor has any documentary proof of a transaction.

6. That we executed this Affidavit to attest and declare the truth of the forgoing facts
and for whatever legal that this Affidavit may serve.
