DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE

WITH DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE WITH DEED OF DONATION, made
and entered into by and among:

EMMANUEL R. PLANTILLA, married of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Poblacion, Torrijos,
Marinduque;
EDGARDO R. PLANTILLA, married of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Poblacion, Torrijos,
Marinduque;
VIRGILIO R. PLANTILLA, widow of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Poblacion, Torrijos,
Marinduque;
THELMA P. MAGBAGO, married of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Pasay City;
TERESITA P. NICOLAS, married of legal age, Filipinos and a resident of Alfonso Village, Imus
Cavite.

WITNESSETH:

That the above-named parties are the legal heirs of deceased PURITA R. PLANTILLA, who died
intestate on April 18, 2020 at Marinduque Provincial Hospital, Boac Marinduque, without any will;

The said deceased, at the time of her death left a parcels of land which is more particularly
described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. CARP2015000993

CERTIFICATE OF LAND OWNERSHIP AWARD NO. 01307931
“A parcel of agricultural land situated in Barangay Maranlig,
Municipality of Torrijos, Province of Marinduque, XXX containing
an area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-
EIGHT (18,838) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. CLOA- 10350

CERTIFICATE OF LAND OWNERSHIP AWARD NO. 00149539
“A parcel of land situated in Barangay Kay Duque, Municipality of Torrijos,
Province of Marinduque. XXX containing an area of ONE THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN ((1,387) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

That no personal properties are involved in this extrajudicial settlement of estate.

That that there are no other debts or obligation left by the said deceased.

That the parties hereto being all of legal age and with full civil capacity to contract, hereby by these
presents agree to divide and adjudicate, among themselves, the above-described real estates in equal
shares (pro-divisio).

BY WAY OF DEED OF DONATION

That we, EMMANUEL R. PLANTILLA, EDGARDO R. PLANTILLA, VIRGILIO R. PLANTILLA, THELMA P.

MAGBAGO and TERESITA P. NICOLAS with circumstances already indicated above and owing to our
love and affection, do HEREBY TRANSFERS and CONVEYS, by way of DONATION, our respective
SHARES, ASSIGNS, INTERESTS and PARTICIPATION over the above-described parcels of land, unto and
in favor of our brother ELWIN R. PLANTILLA married to EVELYN B. PLANTILLA, both of legal age,
Filipinos and all resident of Ramos St. Tarlac City.

Consequently, ELWIN R. PLANTILLA married to EVELYN B. PLANTILLA, becomes the exclusive

owner of the subject parcels of land, thereby giving the CEDE, CONVEY, TRANSFER, the same without
our consent or participation in any document that may be executed relative thereto.
