ADDENDUM TO THE EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

OF ESTATE OF JANE NARSOLIS MENDOZA

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, ROLANDO FAJARDO MENDOZA (Widower), ROJANE
LOUISE MENDOZA (Single) and ROXANNE JANINE MENDOZA
(Single), all of legal age, Filipino citizens and are residents of Lusod,
Madela, Quirino;

This document is in reference to the document entitled

EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE executed in Imus
City, Cavite, Philippines, on January 19, 2022 noted and entered in
the Notarial Register of Atty. JULIUS VINCENT TAMAYO LIBANG as
Doc. No. 269, Page No. 54, Book No. 9, Series of 2022. Said
document refers to the estate of deceased JANE NARSOLIS
MENDOZA who died on January 17, 2017, in QPMC Cabarroguis,
Quirino.

May it be known that the undersigned parties do hereby agree

to make the following ADDITION/ADDENDUM to the
aforementioned Deed outlined below.

DECLARE AND MANIFEST

I. That, ROLANDO FAJARDO MENDOZA (Widower),

ROJANE LOUISE MENDOZA (Single) and ROXANNE
JANINE MENDOZA are the surviving spouse and only
legitimate children of the late JANE NARSOLIS
MENDOZA;

II. That, JANE NARSOLIS MENDOZA died on January 17,

2017, at QPMC Cabarroguis, Quirino and at the time of
his death, her residence at Lusod, Madela, Quirino;

III. That, the deceased left no debts;

IV. That, the deceased left no will;

V. That, the deceased left a parcel of land therein and which

parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

These additions shall be made valid as if they are included in

the original stated Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate.
