EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY TO SELL /NEGOTIATE

(3 MONTHS)

We, the owners / heirs / representatives of parcel of lands covered by Tct Nos. OCT# 05791
& OCT # 5617 with an aggregate area of 5,000,000.00 sq.ms. (500 Has) located in Sitio ,
Pumusuan San Mateo, Norzagaray , Bulacan and registered with the REGISTRY OF DEEDS of
Meycauyan , Bulacan do hereby authorize :

1.Mary Jean Electa V. Reyes 3.Praxedes H. De Leon

2 . Ma. Luz S. Lozano 4. Beatriz B. Napenas

To handle and undertake the negotiations of the aforementioned properties with the Socialized
Housing Program of the government or any housing agency with the following terms and
conditions:

1. Gross Selling Price: Php 400/sq.m.

2. 5% brokers commission of the total contract Price (TCP) is to be shouldered by the
Seller.
3. Capital gain tax, notarization , documentation , documentary stamp ,registration,
transfer and all other fees and taxes are to be shouldered by the buyer.

To protect the efforts and interest of the Brokers group, a HOLD-OVER clause must be applied
immediately as soon as a potential BUYER / INVESTOR is introduced to us and plan or decide to
close or seal the transaction even beyond the revocation date of this instrument.

Other terms and conditions are to be discussed and formally embodied in an Agreement ,

MOA , or Commitment between and among all concerned parties.

THUS EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY TO SELL / NEGOTIATE shall be revoked upon mutual agreement
of BOTH parties concerned.
