JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSON

WE, VIRGINIA E. MONTILLA and EDWIN P. BAYANI, Filipinos, both

of legal ages and residents of Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal, under
oath, do hereby depose and state, that:

We personally know GEORGE PADEL RODRIGUEZ (“George”);

We know for a fact that he was born of the SPOUSES DANIEL

RODRIGUEZ and ELENA PADEL on APRIL 23, 1961 in Eastern Samar;

I had customarily been using the birthdate APRIL 23, 1961, in all my
personal and public records;

It so happened, however, when I obtained a copy of my Certificate of

Live Birth, I found out that my birthdate was registered as APRIL 23, 1962. A
copy of my Certificate of Live Birth is hereto attached as Annex “A” and made
an integral part hereof;

This affidavit is being executed to attest to the veracity of the foregoing

statements in order to establish the fact that GEORGE PADEL RODRIGUEZ
with birthdate APRIL 23, 1962 as per my Certificate of Live Birth and
GEORGE PADEL RODRIGUEZ with birthdate of APRIL 23, 1961, as per my
personal and public documents, refers to one and the same person, and that
the latter is my true and correct birthdate, and for purposes not contrary to law,
morals, good custom and public policy.
