DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation, made and executed this ______________ in the

Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal, by and between:

KATRINA A. DE GUZMAN, Filipino, of legal age, MARRIED to

Raul De Guzman, and a resident of No. 225 General Ricarte Street,
Barangay San Juan, Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal,
hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR”;

- and -

KAREN A. SANTOS, Filipino, of legal age, WIDOW, and a resident

of No. 225 General Ricarte Street, Barangay San Juan, Municipality
of Cainta, Province of Rizal, hereinafter referred to as the
“DONEE”,

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner of a memorial lot situated

at Garden of Peace Memorial Park, Cainta, Rizal, covered by Original Certificate
of Ownership No. 00-02436, and which is hereinbelow more particularly described
as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the love and affection

which the DONOR have for the DONEE, the DONOR, by these presents,
transfers, and conveys, by way of DONATION, unto the said DONEE, her heirs
and assigns, the above-described memorial lot, free from all lien/s and
encumbrance/s;

That, the DONOR, does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect
to this donation, that she has reserved for herself in full ownership sufficient
property to support her in a manner appropriate to her needs.

That, the DONOR, hereby attest that this donation is being made in
consideration of the love and affection that the Donor has for the Donee, and not
to defraud any creditors of the former.

That, the DONEE does hereby accept this donation of the above-
described memorial lot, and does hereby express her gratitude for the kindness
and liberality of the DONOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEE, have hereunto

set their hands and affixed their respective signatures this

This instrument consisting of TWO (2) PAGES, including this page where
the ACKNOWLDGEMENT is written, refers to a DEED OF DONATION which is
signed by the DONOR and DONEE together with their instrument witnesses on
each and every page thereof.
