AFFIDAVIT OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I MARIA FE O. RUSTE, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of No.

4275 Kingsbird 3 Anak Pawis I, Barangay San Juan, Municipality of Cainta,
Province of Rizal, under oath do hereby depose and state, that:

I am the sister of Cesar L. Ogario, who is the victim of the vehicular accident
that transpired on January 12, 2022 at around 7:00 in the evening along Eastbank
Road Floodway corner Robin Street, Anak Pawis, Barangay San Juan, Cainta,
Rizal, and the complainant against JESSON CALIAO for alleged Homicide;

After the execution of a Compromise Agreement between JESSON CALIAO

and I, I decided to desist my complaint;

I am no longer interested in pursuing and prosecuting the above-cited

complaint against JESSON CALIAO;

I am executing this Affidavit of Desistance with the purpose and intention of

withdrawing my complaint against him;

I am voluntarily executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and in order to cause the dismissal of my complaint against
JESSON CALIAO.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and signature this
