DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF AN UNREGISTERED LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This DEED made and executed by and between:
PAULITA B. LANDING, single, Filipino and a resident of of 4438 Bacood, Santa
Mesa, Manila, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;
In favor of
DAVINO G. INIHAW, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of 2021F,
Wilford Tower, Marne street, San Juan Manila, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.
WITNESSETH
That the Vendor is the owner of a parcel of land, not having been registered, located at
Panapaan IV, Cainta, Rizal and more particularly described and bounded as follows:
“A parcel of land designated as Lot no.235; bounded on
the North by Anna Noy property on the South by a Cemetery
site; on the West by Jasmin Ku property and on the East by
Diosdado Ilangilang property containing an area of five
hundred sixty-seven square meters (567) more or less.”
That the Vendors by these presents do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, the
above described property unto the Vendee, DAVINO G. INIHAW in the amount of SEVEN
MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSANS PESOS (P7,500,000), Philippine Currency to the full
satisfaction of the Vendee;

That the parties hereto have agreed to register this instrument under the provisions of Sec.
194 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Act No. 3344.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto affixed their signatures this 10th day of
December, 2022 at Cainta, Rizal.
