PROMISSORY NOTE

I, GILBERT JESUS F. ABAD, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of Brgy.
Bagumbayan, City of Ilagan, Isabela, herein acknowledges and recognizes that I have a loan
obligation from JHOANA SINON, resident of Brgy. Osmeña, City of Ilagan, Isabela, in the
amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 30,000.00) with monthly interest of
eight (8%) percent.

I hereby promise to pay the said amount to JHOANA SINON on or before 30 May 2020
without need of demand.

As a consequence of failure to pay my obligation, all the terms agreed in this Promissory
Note shall be nullified and shall entitle Ms. Sinon to file the necessary case against me.
