Purpose of the Role:

Provide accurate and timely legal services and advices to the company, including Board of Directors,
managers and staff to ensure its compliance with legal requirement related to company development
projects.

Accountabilities:
1. Provide accurate and timely legal services and advices, as may be required from time to time, to
ensure that the company's interests are safeguarded and legal aspects of any decisions are fully
considered, particularly with regard to strategic matters related to (i) the company’s development
projects in Pomalaa, Bahodopi and Sorowako, (ii) COW and (iii) implementation of the applicable
laws and regulations.
2. Manage negotiation, drafting and implementation of legal agreements relating to the company's
business/operations, and in particular, the company’s development projects In Pomalaa,
Bahodopi and Sorowako.
3. Represent and/or manage representation of the company at meetings with third parties (including
with government institutions) to ensure that the company's interests are safeguarded and legal
aspects of any decisions are fully considered.
4. Monitor and analyze laws and regulations developments that might affect the company and
prepare reports on relevant important matters for consideration by management.
5. Manage compliance of the company with regard to any obligations as required by COW as well
as relevant general laws and regulations, including permitting and corporate governance matters.

Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law.
2. Professional and Certified Attorney.
3. Minimum 8 years working experience in dealing with commercial law, preferably in law firms.
4. Strong initiative, negotiation and team-work skills.
5. Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving.
6. Advanced English skills.
7. Able to work independently as well as a team member.
