Abstract:
In this chapter, explore the effect of work stress on staff performance. The review looks to figure
out what business-related pressure could mean for the performance of banking staff of Karachi,
Pakistan.

Chapter 1: Introduction of the Project
1.1 Introduction
Job stress during working hours harmful for health. When we feel stress our body shows physical
and mental issues which gives psychological problems (like depression, bad tempered, anxiety
etc.)
1.2 Background:
The environment of work should be peaceful. Human performance in stress do not achieve the
target.
1.3 Objectives:
To identify the attitude and behaviour are followed in different bank to make their employees
happy.
1.3 Significance:
Job stress shows absenteeism and not meet the target.

Any stress lead to physical illness and psychological issues.

3.1 Types of research
Type of research is descriptive.
3.2 Source of Collection Data
Both primary and secondary data used in this research.
3.3 Data Collection Tools/Instruments:
Questionnaire data will be personally collected to staff at my bank and staff of my friend’s and
relative banks.
3.4 Subjects/Participants
The target population is the banks of Karachi.
Bank AL Habib (First my bank), Meezan Bank, Bank Al-Falah (and my friend’s and relative
bank).
3.5 Sample Size
A sample size of 50 respondents will be used for the study.
3.6 Sampling Technique
We use convenience sampling Techniques.
3.7 Fieldwork/Data Collection:
We collect data on this fieldwork about the bank culture and environment.
3.8 Data Processing & Analysis:
We use data analysis by demographic information to describe facts.

information you will gather.
How will the analysis be carried out?
Which software package (MS Excel, SPSS, etc.) will be used for data entry
and analysis?
Which statistical technique will you apply for the analysis (Refer to your
objectives for the selection of the appropriate technique)
