1. In learning of the different types of management, please list and explain 5 (five)
criticism on Management By Objective
Answer :
• MBO not focusing on customer satisfaction
MBO focuses on the organization and iemployees. MBO aims to
improve organizational performance and clearly set goals agreed upon by
management.
• Link with the employee rewards
Giving rewards and appreciation to employees for the results of their
hard work while joining the company.
• Cause conflict between supervisor and staff
Lack of good teamwork so that there is a conflict between employees
and supervisors. It also lacks proper briefings and directions at work.
• Link to the concept of management by fear
There is a fear received by employees due to the lack of briefings and
not being consensual when working. Therefore, good management is needed in
handling things like this
• Undermines teamwork
Being undermined means that someone you work with is saying things
or taking certain actions that may make others question your professionalism,
knowledge, abilities or ethics. There are many undesirable consequences of
being undermined at work, but one of the most worrisome is that managers and
others you work with may lose respect for you if they receive an inaccurate
depiction of you as an employee or peer.

Anwer:
• Training objectives are intended not to limit what a team member learns
• Training objectives are also called performance objectives or behavioral
objectives
• The objective allows the manager or other trainer to determine whether the
desired training objectives have been achieved
• Critical to a training objective is the statement of what the team member or team
will be able to do after completion of a training session

• Question and answer: Checking through communication to see if information is
understood
• Participation: Involvement by the learner through actions
• Discussion: Learners are involved through verbal communication.

5. Please explain the different of energizing and channeling behavior in doing or giving
motivation to people.
Answer:
• What energizes behavior
Providing work motivation is like holding a game at work together with
colleagues. Doing activities such as joint gymnastics or recreation on the beach
• What channels such behavior
Energized by deciding, goal-setting, being productive and getting
closure for labors. Enjoy working on plans with other motivated individuals and
collaborating with driven people to accomplish things. Spending time in nature
is also energizing for them
