PROJECT ENGINEER | ANDELMAN & LELEK ENGINEERING
Sept. 2022 - Present
• Built annual energy models for new construction and major renovation
projects, including labs, universities, apartments, and offices between 20,000
ft2 and 200,000 ft2 .
• Modeled HVAC system types including geothermal loops, heat pumps, hydronic
systems, VRF, and energy recovery ventilators in eQuest and the DOE2 engine.
• Provided technical assistance for MassSave utility incentive programs and
design teams by modeling energy conservation measures and verifying energy
use intensity (EUI).
• Integrated architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and
specifications to model thermal loads due to air conditioning, occupancy,
fenestration, lighting, plug loads, hot water use, etc.

• Member of Aramark facilities department at Olin College.
• Developed energy efficiency projects, including low-flow and dual-flush fixture
retrofits.
• Worked with Olin’s energy engineer to propose solar carport and BESS, LED
retrofits, and boiler replacement to VP for Administrative Services and
Innovation and the school’s Board of Trustees. The project was projected to
reduce scope one and two emissions by 18%.
