Driveline Engineering Intern June 2021 – August 2021
• Collaborated with the driveline team to aid testing and to improve the efficiency of the T300 and I-Shift transmission.
• Completed gear ratio and torque calculations identifying the power flow to reduce the stresses on the gears by 10%.
• Developed an Excel Shot-Peening Calculator displaying 60 cells of critical material property information.
• Created a gear forging model in Creo Parametric to show the manufacturer where to remove excess material.

Project Engineering Intern June 2020 - August 2020
• Aided the project engineering team in managing sub-contractors and quality control for the $247 million project.

• Designed and constructed a 20 ft piping system connecting a 210-ton chiller to two 10-gallon glycol tanks.

Technical Experience
UMD Over Sand Vehicle Project College Park, MD
Team Member September 2018 - December 2018
• Collaborated with a group of 8 students to design, build, and test an autonomous over sand vehicle within 16 weeks.
• Developed Arduino code to have the vehicle’s H-bridges turn the motor allowing the OSV to turn.
• Individually created full technical drawings of wheel hubs and motor housings on Autodesk Inventor.
• Designed a color sensor using a photoresistor and wood in place of a broken light sensor.

• Successfully planned and scheduled events throughout semester for the 75 fraternity members with a $2000 budget.
