• Onsite project manager: Coordinated between the consultant, owner, general contractor, and subcontractors to
close out a self-storage job. Completed work released the hold back on the final sale of the facility.
• Onsite project manager: Responsible for upholding the GC to preform work to the tenant’s standards while
staying on schedule. Reviewed specifications with the onsite team to ensure no details were missed. Maintained
strong relationships with tenants.
• Due diligence: Lead the bidding and contract execution for a vapor mitigation system to be installed on over 2M
SF of industrial space.
• Proficient at creating budgets and schedules to be followed in the field; successfully presented this information
and its results to upper management.

• Project engineer and direct assistant to the site superintendent. Worked with a 50-member team, employing
efficient construction methods to yield high quality output. Ensured 100% safe practice.
• Acquisition Manager: Wrote and awarded 3 contracts for subcontractor performance, valued at over $300,000.
• Acquisition Manager: Served as lead material procurement officer on a $65M project requiring responsive and
accurate deliveries. Responsible for inventory management, to include issue/use/purpose tracking.
• Professional and comfortable with conflict resolution regarding subcontractors leading to a more efficient project
execution.

• Lead assistant to Professional Engineer; primary project: Cincinnati Union Terminal revitalization.
