for management.
• Developing BIM execution strategy for improvising project coordination and buildings life cycle after the project
completion.
• Creating specifications and policies to manage BIM-related CAD workflow within the teams, managing licensing
and technical support.

Headstrong Moto Corp Ulverstone

Junior CAE Engineer Feb 2020 – Jun 2020 (6 Months)
• Conducted Finite Element Analysis of a motorbike helmet with a carbon fiber shell, polyurethane foam, and
human head form based on AS 2512.
• Reverse engineered and de-featured a 3D .stl helmet to a parasolid using Geomagic and Solidworks.
• Researched on the hyperplastic material models, requested suitable material tests, and replicated carbon fiber
ply layup with ACP.
• Verified and validated the explicit model by comparing the head acceleration with the experimental tests and
research papers.

LEAP Australia Melbourne

Mechanical Engineering Intern Nov 2018 – Oct 2019 (10 Months)
• Performed static and dynamic load testing on FSAE and SAE Baja chassis models to develop engineering tutorials
for ANSYS Inc.
• Drafted assessment projects and tutorials on analyzing suspension arms, wheels, and pedestrian bridges based
on Australian Standards.
• Gained experience on conducting composite, modal, non-linear elastic-plastic and steady state thermal analysis
on mechanical parts and machinery.

Continental Tires Deutschland GmbH Hannover, Germany

Quality Engineering Intern Jul 2017 – Jun 2018 (12 Months)
• Developed new specifications for the inspection of off standard tires due to manufacturing defects.
• Formulated an algorithm for the KPI calculation using VBA, to obtain the trend of the current production line for
an article.
• Monitored the incoming European and APAC market concerns on products by reviewing tire cross sections and
assigning actions like root cause analysis(RCA), 4D, or 8D reports.
