Field Validation Team:

Upon validation of the Landholding awarded in the name of HOSEA G. BARNUEVO, ET.AL., TCT
NO. AT- 34254, SURVEY NO. Bsd-10-005452 (AR) , LOT 7,with an area of more or less 5, 456, 561
square meters, located at Barangay Lurugan, Valencia City, Bukidnon. It was found out that the landholding
is now owned and registered in the name of Philippine Union Mission Corporation of Seventh Day
Adventist covered under Sales Patent SP-45, to which the Mountain View College of Seventh Day
Adventists Inc. is currently managing and supervising the whole landholding. Moreover, the subject
landholding is fully developed and currently planted with permanent crops such as rubber trees, corn and
naturally grown trees for the protection of habitat to maintain the soil and water conservation. Moreover,
twin falls, Malingon falls and mini forest are found in the subject landholding. There were no issues and
concerns raised by the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries regarding their subject lot. However, the Agrarian
Reform Beneficiaries opted to co-own the said collective CLOA in support of the educational mission of
Mountain View College of Seventh Day Adventists Inc., as it is also being used for agricultural research and
studies. The Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries likewise opted not to divulge their personal information
invoking Section 13 of R.A. 10173. And a certification was issued by the President of Mountain View
College of Seventh Day Adventists Inc. to attest the decision of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries is herein
attached and form an integral part in this Field Validation folder.
