Please visit https://twingo.techmahindra.com from your internet browser (IE Version 10 & above or
Google Chrome or Firefox) or Mobile Phone to access the portal.

Please use your TechM System login ID and Password credentials.

Once you click on “ India Medical Insurance and Wellness”, you would land at MediBuddy Home Page via which you can
access the below features. To enrol your dependents click on “Online enrolment” on “Medical Insurance Tab”

Also, you can add your dependents by clicking on “Online enrolment” on “Medical Insurance Tab” as shown below:
Note: If you do not make any changes, then the members covered under the policy will be carried forward to the next year

 Alternatively, you can also login to MediBuddy portal via https://portal.mediassist.in from your internet browser
(Please use Google Chrome or Firefox) or Mobile Phone to access the portal.

 Login ID will be <Associate GID>@techm (Example, if your Associate GID is 1234, then login ID will be 1234@techm)

 Password will be DDMMYYYY in Date of Birth format. (Example, if your date of birth is 14 April 1983, then password
will be 14041983)

First time login will prompt for a mandatory password change. After password is updated, you need to re-login with updated
password details to enroll your dependents

You can enroll your direct dependents under Plan A

Note:
 Associate is covered by default. You  Premium for “Plan A” shall be company

You can enroll your Parents/ Parent-In-Laws

Note:

Its an optional Plan to add your  Premium for “Plan B” has to be borne by

Critical Illness Plan:


It is a Lump sum benefit provided to associate (Self only) when the ailment detected as per policy conditions and within the
policy period (Optional Cover)

Salient Features:
• Lump sum payment of 100% sum insured in the event of diagnosis of critical illness
• Sum insured option available of 3 lacs & 5 lacs
• Survival period of 30 days - It means that claim is payable if insured survives 30 days from the date of diagnosis.
• Income tax benefit
• Eligibility Criteria – Applicable to only associates /employees of Tech Mahindra Ltd.
