Google Chrome or Firefox) or Mobile Phone to access the portal.

Please use your TechM System login ID and Password credentials.

Please click on “ India Medical Insurance and Wellness” on TWINGO Portal as per below path:

Once you click on “ India Medical Insurance and Wellness”, you would land at MediBuddy Home Page via which you can
access the below features. To enrol your dependents click on “Online enrolment” on “Medical Insurance Tab”

Note: If you do not make any changes, then the members covered under the policy will be carried forward to the next year

 Alternatively, you can also login to MediBuddy portal via https://portal.mediassist.in from your internet browser
(Please use Google Chrome or Firefox) or Mobile Phone to access the portal.

 Login ID will be <Associate GID>@techm (Example, if your Associate GID is 1234, then login ID will be 1234@techm)

 Password will be DDMMYYYY in Date of Birth format. (Example, if your date of birth is 14 April 1983, then password
will be 14041983)

You can enroll your direct dependents under Plan A
 Associate is covered by default. You
Plan A can add your Spouse & up to 2
living dependant Children
Plan A details.(3rd and 4th Child can be
covered by paying additional
premium)
 Ensure Marital Status is set to
“Married” and “Date of Marriage”
(Mandatory Field) is incorporated in
order to add your Spouse Name &
Date of Birth.
 Update your Mobile Number

Note:
 Premium for “Plan A” shall be company
sponsored.

Tick Child Declaration if child is above 21
years up to 25 years, Unmarried and
unemployed girls ,disabled children without
income or are children pursuing higher
studies(subject to submission of Bonafide
certification from the institute.
 Differently abled children will be provided
coverage without age restriction subject to
child being dependent on parents and subject
to the limit of children in plan (subject to
declaration from Associate and HR
confirmation).
 Same gender partner can be enrolled under
plan A subject to policy terms and conditions.
Insured /Primary member should confirm the
Partner’s details with a Self-attested
declaration form to techm@mediassist.in
with GID and Mobile number.

You can enroll your Parents/ Parent-In-Laws

Note:

Its an optional Plan to add your  Premium for “Plan B” has to be borne by
Plan B Parents/Parents-in-law. Associate.

Critical Illness Plan:

It is a Lump sum benefit provided to associate (Self only) when the ailment detected as per policy conditions and within the
policy period (Optional Cover)

Salient Features:
• Lump sum payment of 100% sum insured in the event of diagnosis of critical illness
• Sum insured option available of 3 lacs & 5 lacs
• Survival period of 30 days - It means that claim is payable if insured survives 30 days from the date of diagnosis.
• Income tax benefit
• Eligibility Criteria – Applicable to only associates /employees of Tech Mahindra Ltd.
