new eating establishment will satisfy the cravings of every customers. The business was located
in a popular area of Candon City, Ilocos Sur. These facilities intend to serve more than 150
person and that intends to offer and serve their satisfactory service. The owner of this ARTEK’S
GRILLED RESTUBAR have an experience on having business and have a super financial to make
and buy those quality products. The ARTEK’S GRILLED RESTUBAR will happy to serve and offer
grilled and liquor.
TARGET MARKET POPULATION
My target on this kind of business is millennials and adults. Restaurant and bar is for the
person who want to leisure their time or having some fun with their friends, family or their
relatives. Talking while eating or laughing while drinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Were looking for a skilled waiter or waitress to take orders and deliver food and
beverages to our customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience,
personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.
Waiter or waitress responsibilities include greeting and welcoming the customers,
providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking duties, and collecting the bill. If you are
able to performed it well I guess we’d like to meet you as soon as possible. To be a successful
waiter or waitress, you should be polite with our customers and make them sure that they
enjoyed the meal.
Keep in mind that waiter or waitress duties may require working in shifts and/or
occasionally during weekends and holidays. Ultimately, it is the duty of our waiter/waitress to
provide an excellent overall dining experience of our guests.
RESPONSIBLITIES

 Greet and escort customers to their tables


 Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
 Inform customers about the day’s specials
 Offer menu recommendation upon request
 Up-sell additional product when appropriate
 Check customers ID to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for
consumption of alcoholic beverage
 Serve food and drink orders
 Deliver check and collect bill
 Provide excellent customer service to guests
